They add items to delivery (doordash, skip ect) thay aren't available the switch out your order with whatever they feel like. On top of that they are pretty rude about it. I would avoid this location of possible go to another.

Useless people who don't know what to do. Brought in a coupon, they said it doesnt work. Made me wait 20 mins for the oven to warm up, ordered 2 subs, the said coupon didn't work, so I had to buy one. They could have at least given me the 2nd one for free for making me wait and refusing the coupon.

I was in here this past week and a relatively new employee (never seen them there before) served me. I ordered a tuna sub and there's always 4 scoops of tuna but she was quite stingy with the amount so I asked her to add more as I stated 'Can you add a little more I feel you're not putting enough' so she added two more scoops but never said there's an extra charge for the tuna. My point was she was too stingy with the original 4 scoops. I've gone to countless franchises over the years and they are always generous. After all was said and done when it came time to pay she charged me extra. Not cool. First she never told me ahead of time. Second, this is an example of why Subway has sunk so low. By the way I've been at this location several times before and never had any issues with the amount of tuna until this particular employee decided to do the bare minimum. This location has lost a customer. I went to another location and they gave me more than this location and I didn't ask them for more. The eye test says it all.

horrible experience at this subway, this is the second time i’ve been here with just 1 employee working. i ordered the #11 green goddess, and the girl behind the counter asked me about 4 times throughout my ordering process which sub i wanted. when it came to veggies she asked which ones i wanted, i said everything with the #11 green goddess sub, and she continues to throw in pickles, banana peppers, and no avocado. not to mention, she would ask me a question, and continue to turn away and do something else while i was about to answer. very frustrated with this experience today.

I waited over 30 minutes with just 2 customers ahead of me. There were 4 other online orders. There’s just one person working but she was extremely slow and disorganized. I end up leaving because the wait is too long. I have never waited so long at a Subway before. I would’ve waited 45 minutes for my sandwich had I stayed because she made a mistake with one order and there’s 1 more online order ahead of me.She priortizes online orders over in-person customers so people end up waiting for very long.

No veggie Pattie, no response from the lady I have asked for. Very disappointed that they did not keep back up at 1:33PM. How come you don’t have at lunch time. I’ll never try here again. They don’t bother to even look after the customers.

Ordered 3 Footlong subways online and went to pick up my order. Came home with wrong toppings and wrong sub with barely any meat on it.Called and spoke to worker who said I ordered incorrectly than he realized he misread it and said to come back as he will remake one of it.I filled a complaint / survey and have not heard back. Was really disappointed in the order and the quality. Toppings were wrong and barely had any of the meat. Had like one piece of steak …. On a FootlongOrdered a steak and cheese … this is what I get …Very disappointed.Worst quality

Bad service. Just threw the toppings on. When the sandwich came out of the toaster the cheese wasn't even on the bread. Told me I was only alloud 3 veggies....

34 dollars for two footlong meals. I can get large pizzas for cheaper. KFC next door can get you a double bucket of chicken for same price. Inflation is real over here.

It’s subway, you get what you pay for. Service is insufficient. They switch between using tablet and making food with no cross contamination control. Food was ok, didn’t get sick.

I came over there in evening near about 6 pm. so the guy working over there was so hardworking and great customer service was provided by him. I will recommend everyone to visit over there.
