Sushi is average, you get the price you pay for. Service is non-existent. Called in previously to ask when is the last call cause I was think to come to dine-in close to the closing time - they said I can come at a certain time so I specifically DROVE there to eat there. Once I got there, they said it was too late (FYI- I got there few mins before the time for last call) so I told them I just called and asked them when is the last call. Later, they said the girl employee I talked to the phone made a mistake. Luckily I didn't drive too far to come here... but honestly they should have made an exception to let us dine in as it was their mistake. There was still people eating and we just wanted a quick bite. So don't expect anything great from here. They are here to get you in and out.

The sushi here is of high quality, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. However, the pick-up process was somewhat inconvenient, and the estimated pick-up time proved to be inaccurate since my order was never ready when promised. Although the location is quite small, the quality of the sushi itself was impressive.

I’ve ordered here frequently for years and usually the same things. Tonight the sushi was loose and mushy inside with missing ingredients and the chicken wasn’t fully breaded. Unfortunately their customer service & food standards are low as they didn’t see an issue with my order. I won’t be coming back as I don’t feel like rolling the dice on it again. (They offered me a credit for miso and salad for a future order, which I don’t usually order and is not comparable in price.) It’s okay if you have an off night, but the customer service is what I’ve taken issue with and I don’t feel confident in returning.

This chain has the best price vs. quality in town in my opinion. Sizes are big and not just extra rice. Sushi quality is pretty good and consistent. Service dining in at this location is good and fast. I do mostly takeout. This place is busy.
