Alway get thier special tabom chicken and if you asked them to make the cheese melt more they will blow torch it for you which causes and unexpectedly amazing smoky taste, if you like that type of flavouring. Dak ghalbi is always flavorful and their yogurt plain soju is always an amazing paring with the food. I dont recommend any of the other flavours of soju other than the plain because they dont pair well with the food. Never skip out on adding cheese to any order it always adds flavour like no tomorrow.

The food was average in taste. The dishes lacked the flavour and the overall experience was overpriced for what was offered.

I had a great dinner at Ta Bom. It was good that they offer live BBQ grill. Servers were friendly and prompt. Restaurant is quite small, but it was clean and doesn’t reek of strong BBQ smoke smell.I find the dishes to be fairly priced. It was tasty and fresh. Will definitely dine here again.

Went on 5th Jan 2024. The food was great and the server was ?????? We had Dakgalibi with original spicy, the potion was more than enough to satisfy two adults.

I ordered takeout from this place and it was disappointing to say the lease. Porkbone soup had mostly bones and liquid. I also ordered a side of rice and noodles. They both came in small containers half full. Not worth 60$, that's for sure. The lady who served me my takeout food rude and acted as if I was bothering her. She couldn't even look at me or reply back when I said, "Thank you". I don't recommend this place..

I like the place; simple and I miss Korea every time I eat there. I like their server’s uniform, looks neat and it reminds me of Korea more. The male server was very polite, fast and efficient. Food were mouthwatering and I enjoyed it. ??

The food is just not good. Had the traditional tteokpokki with ramen and cheese. Extremely overpriced and the sauce was thin. Tasted like chicken stock with a bit of gochujang flakes. The ambience is nice and the service is good, but the food is just not all it's hyped up to be and not worth the money

Always a go to. Unfortunately they have changed out the corn dog to a different one, which is just not as good.

Delicious bulgogi with healthy portion size. Price was fair ($60+ / 2 people). Server was attentive and helpful. Parking requires some walking.

Excellent Korean restaurant! Food quality, service, cleanliness, top notch in everything! Was there Sunday for lunch and unfortunately they only had 1 waitress and a fully packed restaurant. Despite that, there was no issue with food quality nor service. Shoutout to the waitress for soloing the while dining room, and the kitchen for providing high quality food regardless of the traffic.Looking forward to coming back!

I walked by on a whim and decided to have lunch here. It was a Korean style spicy beef bento style lunch platter that offered a bit of everything. Loved it! The staff were very friendly and kind and I was in and out in about 40 min. I will definitely be back.

It’s really just OK. The food portion definitely not worth the price: cheapest hot plate is $37 for 2 people. Also the cheese and corn needed to be ordered as add on, so you are paying $50 minimum. The service is not that good. We asked for adding water but the server brought a water bottle and didn’t say a word….would not come back…

Service was good but food was only ok. Went with a couple girlfriends for a bday dinner. We ordered 1/2 and 1/2 chicken platter (original and spicy), hamul panjeon (seafood pancake, l.a. galbi, and jap chae (glass noodles). The fried chicken platter was good. Very crispy and flavorful and came with Mozza sticks, fries and deep fried rice cake. The seafood pancake was the worst I've ever had. It was soggy and not crispy at all. It tasted like it was steamed! The galbi was ok and the japchae was ok but too many carrots in it. Like half noodle half carrots. Wouldn't go back. Much better Korean food places in coquitlam!

Recently went with the family. The pros: Great staff and service that came with it. Accommodating, friendly, attentive. I tipped them well at their preset % at POS terminal. Our bill came to easily over $200 for 3 dishes, tax and tip she the prices could have been better but not bad compared to other locations. The cons: No Parking at rear! No signage for them. Good luck finding any at the front. Get ready to walk a few blocks. The atmosphere seemed like intentionally making it look like it's under construction. Walls look like they're made of cork material. Air-conditioning may have not been working, as entry door was wide open and the bugs/flies were flying onto the food, adding flavor ? while the grills heated up the small place.Overall: The food was okay for the price compared to other local Korean BBQ spots around there. Presentation was good. I may try this place again based in service quality being high.Vegetarian options: They can take the meat out if you want that.
