Ordered a large strawberry watermelon quencher with no ice. After making the drink the lady holds it up and says this is all you get with no ice. I have never run into this before and said that to her, said she isn't allowed to fill it more. But then remade it because she only put the strawberry watermelon juice in and no lemonade. Horrible customer service. Kids in front of us wanted tim bits, she charged for 10pc without asking and when the kid went over the 10 she said she only charged him for ten and couldn't refund it when he asked for 20 and too bad so sad kinda thing and quite rude about it. Couldn't believe it.

Staffs are so rude. This is my second time coming in and they are ridiculously rude. My friend couldn’t find chicken in the wrap so we asked the staff about it. Staff who made one literally poked the wrap and found one saying there’s chicken. My friend didn’t want the one who got poked with the hand (even tho she was wearing gloves) so asked to make a new one but all the staffs were giving attitude. They need to improve their customer service immediately.

Hands down the most disgusting BLT ive ever bought from any tim hortons , look at this lettus & tomatoes ...got a stomach ache from eating it. Do not go to this place and if you do make sure you open the sandwich and see what they give you before eating it...
