Some of the employees here are extremely rude. Didn't ask for my Tims card to begin with & then blames me for not presenting it beforehand. Like, geez. Added a star for quick service, considering how busy this location gets.

The people that work here don’t care about customer service, all have attitude. Horrible service just go to a different Tim Hortons because nothing ever works at this one. Once again horrible service.

Generally good but this one instance a few minutes ago was just nuts. I watched the barista heat our tea in the microwave. When she brought it to the window, I asked why, and she replied, “because it was cold”. I had to tell her I wanted a fresh tea. Literally the antithesis of Tim Hortons slogan “always fresh”. Absolutely bizarre and a complete first.

arguably the worst tim hortons I have ever been to... they are very slow, they get your order wrong all the time, it's just a hassel going here.

No lineup so i decided to try this drive-thru. Get to the order kiosk and no greeting. Had to wait a few minutes before someone acknowledged i was there. I ordered a toasted bagel with butter. Bagel was barely toasted and the butter was in globs. Not spread out. How do you screw that up?

Ok I review quite a bit and I really want folk to do well.But on Saturday this was a complete gong show.To be fair when we got there it was running well and after everything and everyone's orders got sorted out it was running well again.But for 15 minutes ( unfortunately the 15 minutes I was there) it was a complete gong show.Orders were mixed up.the lady next to me ordered few items and got a tea...lol..funny but not funny.The staff were working hard and doing their best..but there was a breakdown of either communication or leadership.I took a picture of my watch because I want Tim Hortons to do well and this may help them in training or understanding the problem in some way.While I was waiting my tea went from hot to warm. My Boston cream melted and the one lady got mad. ( I don't think that helps anyone)Good luck .By way I'm on my way to review the Tim Hortons in North Van by Canadian Tire .which incidentally was super busy as hell and holy moly they were efficient as hell. So I know it's possible.Thanks for your services....Roy.

As usual, the staff are unfriendly and lack personality. The food is substandard, as are the donuts, and the apathetic attitude is very apparent. If you go through the drive thru, you can expect to repeat your order 2-3 times before they get it. If I owned that location, I would fire the entire staff.

This has to be one of the worst timmies around. They always have long lines, always out of most of their items even on off hours. I have been here many times and every time I ask for chili… I don’t think they even make it here even though it’s on the menu as it’s sold out before lunch every day and they never replenish it.The location always has dirty tables and seats, and they have almost zero customer service and don’t seem to care about anything being done there. Most of them can’t even pronounce half of the words on the menu which makes it difficult to communicate with them.Overall I would suggest keeping far away from here if at all possible. Unfortunately for many, it seems like this is the only place with any kind of food that isn’t fast food’ish in the area.

Longest drive thru waits. Seems a lot of people have issues with their orders. They had no egg for a bagel belt but didn't tell that until after I paid. Also I didn't get any napkins.

Staff are incompetent. Youll be waiting 20 minutes for the wrong order. One lady is dumping drinks in the sink before even announcing pick up for people. Asked for Manager and they never came. Absolutely horrible
