What a Racket. You go into store wait long time to be served, order a coffee to go with very clear instructions for cream and sugar, take the coffee away, have first sip and realize the staff can't understand cream and sugar instructions. Coffee taste horrible to me as it was made wrong.Now I'm not going to drink this horrible tasting drink and I've wasted money, AGAIN here.I'd like to take this time to tell say I am NOT IMPRESSED. I've been holding off writing a bad review and to give this location a 5th and 6th chance.I won't be back.It's a simple coffee order, I have no faith the staff can handle anything complicated if they can't listen and retain simple instructions for cream and sugar.It's been 5 years of disappointment.I won't be back. Good luck oh hiring and training people to listen I can't waste anymore money supporting thus business.There is a lot to be said about doing a good job. The staff today did not do a good job.Follow up on my review, since posting you can see someone asked me to reach out to their website and make a complaint there. This was uneventful I went on the website, then made phone call to the number listed and made complaint. I have not heard anything back from the manager or from corporate Tim Hortons.I feel like this fell on deaf ears and I can expect nothing to change. It's sad really the manager replies that this complaint is concerning...... then absolutely nothing gets done about it. So thanks for saying it concerns however when you drop the ball on any follow up it feels like lip service at this point with little or no concern for the terrible service. Once again I won't be back there is better places in courtenay like Milanos where the service is top shelf and the staff are always friendly.

The food is Timmies, the staff are wonderful, but the restaurant is dated.The management is doing a good job of training. Thank you, Lads and Linda.The resteraunt is ready for a good facelift.It is the staff members that keep bringing us back 5 or 6 times a week.

The lady in the till could use some smile correction cosmetic surgery. I think the managment has done a poor job to prevent racism. Had a rough day, was sad but now im broken by arguing about why it took a fast food chain like tim hortons to take a 15 mins for a fresh hashbrown.Had to eat the cold one as food should respected. Prayers to farmers.

I buy coffee from tim firstly one boy say we wash all the thing if you want same coffee than you do wait for 10 mint. I say ok for me but at the end when I get my coffee its taste not good it’s taste just like a water. This thing happens with me many time in same place. I just order french vanilla.
I am disgusted with the conditions of 3 different Tim Hortons I visited recently. It was once THE place to go for coffee & lunch, sometimes a donut, but these Tim's were so dirty we refused to eat there! We even questioned if we should get coffee there??? I will not be returning to Tim Hortons anytime soon unless the franchise rules include cleanliness. Bad on you Tim Hortons...CEO go look at a few...

I went today on this location of Tim, a lady working there misbehaved with me while taking my order and when I confronted her, she started laughing loudly. I would never visit this location again! The food severed was also not warm and was incorrect.

We got food from this Tim and my wife got sick from food. We buy the bagel and got some of the twist. The both things are worse. Those things are not fresh.

Anytime I order from here they forget minimum one thing in the order and I don’t notice by the time I get home. Ordered a farmers wrap today and they put so much sauce on it I had to spit it out. The hash brown is so hard and stale it hurt my teeth when I bit into it. Just seems like no one cares anymore. My coffee is usually made wrong, and when they “sell out” of something but you’ve already placed the order they won’t refund you. There’s literally no way to get your money back. I’m sure they make a killing doing this! I’ve attached a photo of the farmers wrap. Would you eat that?
