Stopped in at Creston A&W today. Manager was training a new staff member. I have dietary restrictions. The young lady in training took my order and was sure to get my order correct. She asked a few times if she typed it in correctly and the manager verified my order before serving. I appreciate this kind of service especially from a new service member who took extra care to make sure my order would be correct. Thank you for the extra care preparing my meal. It’s appreciated ?

Went in everyone ran from the counter to the back. Had one person taking drive-through orders and counter service not good. I've seen people leave without ordering and I wonder is a&w doing so well it can afford to loose business that often?

We had valid coupons. But because they said their “Teen Burgers” are currently on sale they could NOT HONOUR THE COUPON! We asked how much 2 Teen Burger meals would be. And the difference was almost $2 more than what the Coupon was offering…. $2 isn’t a lot…. But it’s more the principle. If you send out coupons that are valid, they should be honoured. On top of it, the two teenage girls treated us rudely…. And when we questioned them about it? They said “We don’t make the rules”. And “”How is this our fault!?” I don’t respect a company who won’t honour their own coupons…. I won’t be returning…. It’s dishonest…. ????????????????????????

Very disappointed with my last 3 meals here. Orders were wrong every single time. I believe I will not be going back anytime soon if at all. I strongly Recommend elsewhere to eat.

They got our order wrong and we had to repeat it 4 times... even then after everything was correct our sweet potato fries came as a poutine??? Chicken sandwitch was awfully stale but the beef burger and cheese curds were good... wouldn't go around evening time again tho just because of how service ended up being sadly.

I would give 5 stars, but ran into a sour employee today. She refused to give the deal on the $1 coffee promotion and wanted to charge full price No name tag, but she looks like a bit like Amy Winehouse and was working the til and window on the evening shift of Sept 29/23. Hopefully she gets a reprimand or demotion or dismissal or something.

Brewed a fresh coffee for us and it was the best coffee we've had in a long time!Food and service were good too!
Great service, very quick and they brought the food out to us. Bacon 'n Egger was as good as I remember...I like the bun vs English muffin of other places. Only one mark down because the hash brown was really greasy (still tasty).
