Tina is the reason I come to Blenz when I have no acitivities at the Leisure Centre. She is such a ray of sunshine who brightens my day. One time, she saw me climbing up the stairs and opening the door to the centre enroute to my physio appointment and she approached me to say she really had to tell me something. It was the sweetest, most endearing, heartfelt and truly needed share. The compliments within I will forever hold dear to my heart.Coffee isn’t always about a hot drink to sip, it’s also the pathway to connection…… and Tina is great at connection.

I really like Blenz coffee, but what stood out for me my last visit was not my drink, but the exemplary customer service!!!At the time I was just a few weeks postop, and I was struggling a bit on my crutches. Tina (I think) was so incredibly thoughtful and caring that she helped me get seated comfortably and brought my hot mocha out to me.It may not seem like much, but it meant a great deal to me. Thank you!
