Rude customer service.. wasn’t expecting the girl on cash counter to talk in a rude manner. I understand working sometimes can be stressful but this not how your customer should feel.

Worst customer service. I walked in with a coupon which was for 11.99 for 2 bowls.They charged me 45.00 for two bowls and a sandwich. When I asked for a receipt because the total seemed a bit high I was told “ I forgot to apply the coupon towards your total. Come back tomorrow and make another similar purchase to use the coupons.” why send the coupons if you aren’t planning on using them when customer gives you the god damn coupon.

So..been here a couple of times...but today's? January 13 2024 (between 220 and 300pm) bad! The 3 workers there? Didnt keep track of the time! I mean I get it food takes a while but 10 minutes for a faster food place? Didn't keep track of who's quesadilla had the banana peppers.... and were loud and leaning on the work space!I enjoyed the food...but not so much to think about returning if I see any of these three again...

I went there today and they mess upWith my order. I was standing at the counter and 2 indian girls did not wanted to serve me at all . No greeting nothing . After i orderd my bowl, half things were missing and they were not even sorry. Even the bowl portion was so little . Staff seems so untrained and unprofessional. Please change your staff otherwise ur business will be down.

Awful service at this location. BE CAREFUL they cheap out big time on the portion sizes compared to other Chopped Leaf locations. Avoid this location at all cost! Inflation isn’t just hitting your business, but the customer’s pocket as well. Don’t cheat the customers!

Wow the value has gone down here at this location. My last 2 visits I noticed the size difference in the wrap I ordered. I'm vegan so I only gey the harvest wrap since it came out. I often go to other locations and this complaint is location specific. The last 2 times. Today being worse than last week's visit. There was hardly anything on my wrap. I stopped in for a healthy lunch. I basically got a pita with sauce. There was Maybe 5 pieces of spinach, 10 chickpeas, 10 tiny pieces of grated carrot, and maybe 5 pieces of cut up cucumber. The other half of the toppings were 0. So much for a healthy and filling lunch. I'm still hungry. I used to come here and get a wrap so big and filling I would only eat half and save the other half. Before covid I was the secret shopper for chopped leaf and I hardly ever failed this location. So I can assure you the quality and value for money has gone down meanwhile the prices have increased. Not cool! Won't be returning to this location. The size of the wrap was 1/4 of what it should be.

Terrible customer service. False advertising on menu about chopped water drink & worker refused to give me a refund or allow me to pick a different drink that us the same price. Basically, told me it’s my problem that they falsely advertised drink. You’d think that if you’re paying over $40 for a wrap and salad + tip they’d happily exchange the drink.Doesn’t even deserve a star.

Chopped Leaf is one of my favourite places to go for lunch. Whether it is meeting friends for a quick bite, buying healthy wraps for my daughter’s school lunch, or just resetting my system for a light meal after a week of fried goodies (guilty!), I always choose Chopped Leaf. This location is clean and spacious, located in an quiet strip mall off to the side by the busy Staples and London Drugs. There is always ample parking. The restaurant staff is also very friendly and efficient. Come in and try their fabulous variety of salads, wraps, and rice bowls!Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids size bowls and wraps. They are about 3/4 size of the full size meals but more than enough from a 6-10 year-old.

Rude staff. Doesn’t listen to customer. Too much attitude. Don’t make online order. It won’t be ready by the time you reach there. I went there and the cashier had no idea about it. Tried to correct them but receive rude and harsh response. Didn’t bother to say anything else. Because they don’t listen. Save your time and money by going to other franchise.Update: food was also pathetic. I say it again, Save your money. Go to some other franchise.

Start of the review - oh boy they are slowwwww and it’s not even busy. Asking for tip before even ordering, really get me customer service first. Have not tasted The food yet so cannot tell quality but will update. Location is clean. First time eating here

I had ordered a full Bangkok my go too and there were barely any chow mein noodles! And this manager I am guessing because she is always there in a bun always has a negative attitude and looks unhappy with her workplace. Do better chopped leaf!
