Terrible service and horrible food.If you are looking for a ‘ fun family pizza nite place ‘ this is not it. To wait 15 just to order drinks and noo refills not even water. For a minor to be serving .. and a resturant that has only ‘bottles’ of beverages. The food was either over cooked or undercooked . Sorry I wish I took a picture to share but, never thought it could go bad to worse. The serving staff was more interested in chatting with the rest of staff than doing what she is there to do.( serve) ( perhaps this is not the job for you) .And kitchen staff you cannot dump dry Oregano over a salad and think this is acceptable to eat.All in all a big F . Ladner community deserves better than this .Time to throw in the towel . If this could not make it as a Rickey’s and Famoso was your life line …. Well you are done .

Nothing like the Victoria restaurant. Pizza was undercooked and soggy. Pasta was bland and chicken parm was swimming in greasy cheese. Steer clear.

Famoso was always a knock off Italian pizza that started franchising out couple of years ago. But I never expected it to reach that level! Pizza stove in a corner of Ricky’s that’s branded Famoso. Pizza I got here was way different than what I usually get from Commercial drive location, felt more like cheap Hindu style pizza where they just dump sauce on the dough, then cover it with toppings and sprinkle with cheese on top. Once baked the toppings float in hot sauce with no cheese binding to the dough. Woke up 4 in the morning and had to depressurize myself by releasing copious amounts of liquid stool.

Waitress was not aware that they had a drinks menu despite the location being advertised as being a pizzeria and bar. She later kindly found us one at a different table, though. When I asked for the drinks from the menu the bar wasn’t stocked with any of the ingredients for the real cocktails and only premixed cans were available. The food came quickly enough and it was delicious! The house lager is reasonable. We felt like perhaps our table was forgotten about and had to ask for our bill so we could leave after being passed by many times.Seems like a nice enough place to take your kids that is probably experiencing some growing pains after the pizza expansion. The tiny tot in the table ahead of us was really enjoying himself!

Ordered 3 pizza's + wings for take out:Margherita was good.Sweet BBQ chicken was nothing like shown. Barely had any bbq drizzle, no roma tomatoes as listed on the menu, and had raw peppers on it that clearly hadn't even touched the oven. We were all excited for this pizza and it was easily the worst one.Abruzzo was okay, but barely any Mozzarella/cheese, even for an Italian style pizza. This was really just tomato sauce + meat.Dough was overall okay.Wings were tasty, pretty big, and sauce was good. Could have spent a little longer in the oven as the skin was quite thick.

We went to try takeou. Big Hawaiian pizza and Caprese salad. The pizza was soggy, mozzarella decent, rest not so much. Someone has to educate them what a Caprese salad is. Italian "inspired" is right, but far from Italian food. Nice waiter and short wait time. It is run by Indo-Canadians. I have seen many Asian people trying to run an Italian restaurant. It's about the same as a white running a Indian or Chinese restaurant. Stick to what you know. I rather eat authentic Indian cuisine than a badly copied one. However, I do applaud the effort! Cheers!

We did 3 different orders, including bringing my family in to get the real experience, I've come to the conclusion that your restaurant has quite a few challenges ahead of it. The first time we ordered pizza, we got take out. It was ok but not very warm let alone hot.5 minutes in airfryer cured that but should not have been. The in person experience was a little unsettling. 6 people were in my party and we were seated fairly quickly though the table lighting was too bright and we moved to another. Long story short, the service was slow and sporadic. The pizza was luke warm again. Given that they weren't that busy we didn't understand how this could happen. The tables were dirty, the television above us was filthy and the cutlery was badly washed. The meal was ok. Friday night is pizza night in my house and after agreeing that we would only get takeout from now on we ordered a large pizza to take home. This time the pizza was burnt on the top and the bottom yet the dough was soft and toppings near the middle were wet. We liked the idea of trying out a new local player in the restaurant circle, but quite honestly, it's going to be hard to come back.John W
