The quality of this place has truly gone down, now the cakes are just sugar icing with bit of fruit decoration, super moist, taste horrible - loaded with sugar, bare minimum fruit. I could not care for customer service when they were making good products, now it is terrible product and bad customer service. Dont spoil your special occasion with their cake, stay away and save your event! She charges tax on cake..lol rules in BC exempt tax on cakes.

A bakery with 10-15 years of experience turned out a flop show and sheer waste of hard earned money.
The cake I ordered turned out to be horrible. I ordered Red Velvet Cake for my son’s birthday and I am shocked to see the quality of the cake. It was the worst cake ever. Full and full of cream and very less sponge. Nice rip off.
All it had was cream so hence none of us could enjoy having it as it felt that we are chewing on cream instead of cake. I repent ordering from your bakery and with a heavy heart I have to give a true review. If this is ur recipe for red velvet, sorry to say you guys actually need training in baking.
It ruined our celebration.

Had a cake made from here for my sister’s birthday/graduation. The cake was amazing, it was well decorated and the cake itself was delicious and not too sweet! The staff is all lovely and so pleasant to deal with it! Will definitely be getting more cakes made here!
Our family has been using kam-oak for all our celebrations and they never disappoint. Their cakes are fluffy, low sugar, and they also have the option to make it without egg. The cakes taste amazing. I definitely recommend this place, especially if you have elders who can't have a lot of sugar!

We have had cakes from this bakery at our family's bday parties and decided to order cakes for my daughter's birthday. The cake for smashing was wonderful, I also ordered 100 cupcakes and a 8 inch cake to cut. Everything was wonderful, many guests were asking where I got the cake from. They were all asking for the contact information for the bakery. All in all, we loved every cake I picked up from the bakery for my daughter's first birthday and would definitely order more in future.
