We had a group of people. They charges 18% gratuity on some bills and not others. Service was so slow we had people in our group leave without having thier drink orders taken. Food took forever to come out and a few didn't get thier food till others were done and paid.Really disappointed

March 16/24Sadly the food and service was terribleThey were VERY understaffed knowing there was a big partyOrdered gin tonic and whiskey sour had to send back gin had the egg froth on it and I am very allergic to raw egg.Food came out 45 minutes after we ordered wings and fries 2 orders and fries came out 20 mintues laterAnd we're told they wouldn't be making more drinks for us because they were too busy we could only order beer or sodaWe genuinely thought we were being punked. Very unfortunate we were excited to support a local business

The liquor store refuses to accept empties even though it is required by law. The service in the restaurant/pub is terrible. The staff would rather chit chat with each other.

"I can’t say enough great things about One20 as in Wow !!! the service staff are really go above and beyond.they make every guest feel comfortable they really understand how to pamper their customers. Especially mentioning MOLLY Duncan and JASMINE the manager you guys are the best !!! Overall just a warm, hospitable experience.
