We hired Pork Mafia to cater our wedding this summer and they did an amazing job! Jamie was super easy to communicate with and the staff were cheerful and friendly on the day. We received many compliments from our guests about how fantastic the food was. We had the brisket, pulled pork, chicken, mac and cheese, smoked beans, and Caesar salad. Everything turned out great. Went to my girlfriend's company function today. Tried out Porkmafia's beef brisket coleslaw sandwich. It was easily, hands down one of the best I've ever tasted. The meat was just right, not dry, pretty juicy, and perfect smokiness. The coleslaw also tasted great, nice crunch, slightly sweet.Kettle cooked chips was a nice addition. The staff looked happy, and was super friendly and helpful. Definitely a company to consider in the future for catering.
Pork Mafia was at the Pitt Meadows Food Truck Spot today for Father’s Day. It was our first time trying and it’s the best food truck we have ever tried! Our favourite was the loaded Mac & Cheese- was not dry at all and the taste was supreme! Can’t wait until they come back.

Jamie and his team were incredible to work with, the servers were so polite and happy to be there and the food was some of the best food I have ever tasted. As the bride I had so so many guests walk up to me and tell me that it was the best wedding food they have ever had, and the smoked mac and cheese is still talked about to this day. We ordered the chicken, brisket, smoked mac and cheese, garlic bacon green beans, and the caesar salad and all of it went above and beyond our expectations. We also ordered an assortment of the pies that he offers for a dessert option and they were all incredible as well.I cannot recommend Jamie from Pork Mafia enough if you are looking for a caterer for your wedding or any other event.
