I agree with the previous reviews. This place is horrible. Service is always super slow and they are always out if stuff? How do you expect to run a profitable business when the service is slow and they are always out of items? My staff like the good but it's a pain in the ads dealing with this place and unfortunately there isn't another in the area that would work. For a franchise business, they are brutal.

I can’t believe how many bad reviews there are, makes me wonder if these ppl are even referring to the same location. I’ve been coming here for over 6 months now, and I’ve never had a bad experience. My sandwiches have always been more than satisfactory, and there’s always an adequate amount of toppings. Also, the bread always tastes fresh, way better than subways bread which tastes like cardboard.

This place does not have anything. I ordered my sandwich with Rosemary Parmesan bread online on Sunday at noon. I was told they only have white or whole wheat bread. I was pretty surprised because weekends are when there are more customers visiting but yet this store does not have stock prepared. The staff serving me had a take it or leave it attitude, which made me feel unwelcomed, but since I made my order online, I do not want to go through the process of refunding. The staff was unfriendly and does not know what they are doing when orders are processed online. I ordered online but the staff kept telling me I did not order. Good thing I took a screenshot of the order I made online because once you exit the app, your order is no where to be found. I showed her the screenshot, and then she told me it takes a while for the order to show up. A few seconds after I showed the screenshot, coincidentally the order magically shows up.The store itself is a mess and tables are not wiped down. I would not come back and would recommend everyone to stay away from the Ladner Quizno store. Do yourself a favor and go to another Quizno, or eat something else. Only come here if you like to be treated badly.

Like others have said, this location doesn't even deserve 1 star. My friend and I both redeemed a sandwich offer from our apps and were going to order upfront. We were told it applies to classic sandwiches only - which would been fine with me if that was actually true. But I've had Quizno's before and I know that it's not, so we ordered through the app instead. The service we got following that was horrible because the lady was not happy that we ordered through the app to get different sandwiches than the classics.Not only did they not have the bread we wanted, but they were very rude about it and basically denied that it's their fault because they get their bread shipments on Wednesdays. If they couldn't even ensure that they have enough bread supply for a week, how do I know that they restock properly and that I am getting fresh ingredients?The sandwich we got was tiny with barely any meat inside, so I am glad I did not pay $7+ for this. The staff/owner only tried to be a little nicer after she heard us saying that we'd leave a review.

this is my go to place for lunch in ladner, Great service! I probably go to this place 2-3 times/ week. I have never had any problems with this place.

What a garbage dump of a place. Absolutely horrible service. Ordered a 9 inch classic sub and the guy weighed each piece of meat individually and put it on the sub. There are HARDLY any meat. Only one piece of each meat. Maybe 100g of meat total, if that. The bread was stale and gross, the sauces had no flavour, the place is dirty and the staff are rude as hell. I guess the owner doesn't care. Anywhere is better than this place, it should have 0 stars.

I have been coming here for lunch for at least 5 years if not longer and always have an amazing experience never had any issues super friendly staff I always feel welcomed coming here :)

I used to call to order and rush to get my food when I worked close by. When the owner's wife laid her eyes on my uniform, she knew I worked at the minimum wage and I was always in a rush due to my work. She stopped charge me tax. After my work status was improved, I returned her kindness and would like to pass the good deed forward.

I used to prefer Quizno's over Subway because they do have better things to put on their subs. I think everything is now skimpy on the subs. The service was slow, tables were dirty. It's lost its luster. I think they need better management
