As always the food is great - when you get it. We ordered at 5pm for a 6:45 pickup and did not get any food until 7:20. It was only when I told them to cancel the order did they make the 1 out of 2 dishes we were still waiting for. We never did get the Pad Thai. We would buy dinner here every month but it's the same problem every time. So it's only an annual ordeal for us. The front of house young woman apologized profusely to everyone, I mean everyone, people in front of her, people on the phone, everyone. I really can't imagine what that is like for a whole shift. The one table they had with eat in customers had no idea what they were in for. The food is great but even a 2 3/4 hour lead time is not enough. Please get more cooks, you would make so much more money.

The only Thai place in town is a cute hole in the wall. Clearly family run, Thai-Isaan serves better than expected food at prices you would expect, kind of expensive like every where else.The chicken egg rolls were handmade and had actual chicken pieces in them, not just a bunch of cabbage. The Pad Thai was a generous portion and very fresh. My chicken sate had homemade peanut sauce with caramelized onions and every dish was served as soon as it was ready.Service was 5 stars. "Mom" was attentive and never intruded. Service with a real smile.These guys clearly want our business and are working hard to make a great dining experience in their small business.

Most authentic delicious Pad Thai I've had since being in Thailand. The green curry also delicious and served piping hot. The restaurant is charming and clean. I've only had take out but the staff are always friendly and efficient. If you're craving Thai food this is it.

The Tom Kha soup is the best I've ever had (except that they add broccoli and cauliflower ?) and it's like $20 a bowl but the flavour... Absolutely incredible! The curries are delicious. Add coconut rice to your meal, it's a game changer.

Just a warning for people with allergies or with Celiac disease; I've ordered several times (Ginger Delight Stir fry) which the staff has said can be made gluten free. I have Celiac disease but don't have a reaction when I eat gluten so it's hard for me to know if food was made safely from restaurants. I had the thought to ask this time if they used soy sauce to which they said yes, and that they don't have gluten free soy sauce as a substitution. When I questioned them on how this could be safe for someone ordering a meal gluten free, they were very confused and couldn't provide a straight answer. We decided we wouldn't be ordering again considering they couldn't answer a decently simple question on ingredients in their recipes.

I couldn’t believe my eyes when our aunt took us here for lunch! Given the quantity of flowers and plants on the floors, counters, and tables, I honestly thought we were walking into a floral shop!The service from beginning to end was fantastic! We didn’t wait too long for our food. We ate quickly when the food came out because of how delicious everything was - veggies, seafood, chicken, everything!Although the restaurant was packed with diners, everyone spoke so quietly amongst themselves that we also lowered our voices. It’s so rare nowadays to find a very busy restaurant that’s quiet. We loved this tranquility so much!

I came here for lunch by recommendations from my coworkers. The owner greeted me with a friendly gesture when I walked in. I’ve tried several restaurants but Thai-Isaan is in a whole new level. Their Chicken Pad Thai is very flavourful. It’s a perfect combination of spicy and sour. Especially it’s not too oily. That’s exactly what I’m looking for. I tried their new fried chicken dish as well, and yes, it has to be a must try item because it’s so crunchy and delicious!!!!! I also overheard how the owner carefully gave instructions for TOGO dishes to another customer. I bet we all can see that she put tons of love and efforts to this place. Prices are absolutely affordable for good food and the services. I’ll definitely come back again!!
