Nasty place. I ordered a milkshake and saw that the pitcher had “used” shake inside and they just reused it. After she made my shake she put the leftovers back in the freezer. ?The cleanliness of this whole place is questionable so i would never order food there.

There is a girl named Manpreet she is so nice and sweet I usually have to come from work so I don't want to wait for my order so I call her and my food is always ready she follows all the instructions properly I tell her to leave the fries Box open because it gets soggy I mean overall he's one of the best servers whoever helps me I triple o I wish she is always there my day goes by amazing because my food is always ready Manpreet top notch service huge thanks ?

Food is terrible and I’ve received chicken burgers where the chicken patty is paper thin, mostly batter. They consistently forget food in the bag, food is stale, smoothie has ice chips in it too big to fit up a regular straw (certainly not smooth lol), when call to discuss they just leave you sitting on the phone. Will not support this business anymore.

My husband was just there tonight and picked up 2 burgers, one was an original burger and the other was a Monty mushroom for take out. When he brought them home to eat they both tasted of curry. This leads me to believe that their hands were not washed and our buns smelled of curry. This is not how white spot burgers should taste and we were quite disappointed ?

Took 16mins to get my order as the staff were more focused on their conversation then cooking. My order came out same time as three other orders that were done 5mins previous. Staff also were in the back during the conversation so no one at the front.

The burgers were cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, and the fries were crispy and delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that everything was to my liking. Disappointed ☹️. The burgers were smothered in sauce, relish, and mayo making them a soggy mess. The fries were also soggy and not crispy seemed to be sitting out and not fresh despite ordering food at noon. For the price of the meals, I expect better. Lastly, the kid’s burger was supposed to be plain …cheese and meat and it was smothered as well, so my picky eater wouldn’t eat the burger he was so looking forward to. Two thumbs down today. $40 bucks wasted

If you go to this place, make sure you are ready to wait for hours. Every time I am there they take so long to prepare a simple order even when it’s slow. Every single time!!!

Terrible customer service. Asked to replace their poutine which was cold (saugy fries and clumpy warm gravy) but they said they ran out of gravy. So we just asked to replace with regular fries (which is a lot cheaper) and we gave back their cold food, uneaten. They insisted to tell me that there was no way the food could be cold and then tried to charge me for the regular fries. Then said they “understood my concern” yet told me that sometimes people say things like this to get free food. No logic and poor service. Poor management and training for their staff. Period.
