Horrible customer service. Boyfriend and I came in at 5 for dinner, had to ask them to order about 5:45 as kitchen closed at 6. Finally got food, couldn’t order anything else/more as the kitchen closed. Nobody asked us how everything was/how we were. Absolutely no customer service. Horrible experience, will not be returning.

I kept driving by the brewery going to Victoria from Campbell River. I arranged to have my son and girlfriend meet me there for lunch a few weeks back.Food is delicious BUT the beer is truly a work of art.I am hooked on yout Topaz Hibiscus. So smooth. So quenching. Hope it is repeated. Cheers to your Brewmaster.

Brew pub/ resturant with a patio. Excellent selection of in house brewed beers and other selections. The patio is pet friendly. Tasty pub far - burgers, pizza, wings, etc. Recommended

If your local you should know, if your driving through now you know. THIS IS THE PLACE. The beer is cold and delicious, the food is mouth watering and will have questioning seconds even with a full stomach. The staff are attentive and extremely polite.

Great beer made by passionate and creative brewmasters. The food is really delicious and the prices reflect their desire to make their warm and comfortable atmosphere inviting to everyone. The whole family is always welcome, even your pooch can tag along and enjoy their pet-popular patio. They even have cards, books and board games for those who are so inclined.All of the Red Arrow family I have met thus far have embraced me with a refreshingly thoughtful and friendly demeanour. Each and every one of them have proven time and again their willingness to go out of their way to appease and provide the best experience for me and my friends.Today I witnessed ‘Big Dog’ go the extra mile and then some - when he didn’t even blink at a customers request to bring one of the books home to finish. As I said, the Red Arrow is made up of a family of great people who are always going to put you first.

Came here for a quick bite. Had flights of beer, loved the orange ale. Tenders and fries was not bad, chicken was super tender but a little saltier, good to go with beer, fries on the other hand was so so, not so crunchy. Pizza was the thin type, I had margarita pizza but felt disappointed, the flavour was very plain and the dough had no texture. Some people said their fish taco was good, might try them if I come to the neighbourhood again.
