Ordered here a few times and every time the bun is super dried out like they left them with the door open all day.

Not gonna lie, this is the BEST subway in Duncan. Friendly staff, clean, well kept, organized. I've been to many different subways in Duncan and most of them each have something off about them like rude staff and dirtiness. But this subway is different. The staff always greet us with a smile and are SUPER kind and organized. The sandwiches and wraps are super delicious whether they are custom made or straight from the menu they never upset me. They have very good seating outside and inside. the inside has an area big enough for 6 people. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!Vegetarian options: You can order a vegetarian option off their menu like the Mozzarella Bella or customize your own.Parking: Lots of parking spots, not crowded, clean and safeKid-friendliness: Very kind to children, Great for family's.

Bread stale and tomato mushy. Do they even still use the "eat fresh" slogan anymore? If you're in Cowichan Commons and you just want something quick, the Triple O's next door is much better.

Greedy. Every year they have a promotion where you get a $25 card and get a free sub. Now they have decided to be greedy and make it so it's $30 and you don't even get the free sub but rather a box of 6 cookies worth like $3? They have had this promo every year... To top it off, the cookies look BURNED. Hard pass.

You have the cleanest resturant in Canada. You should be proud of your staff. Keep up the good work!Parking: You have to wander a bit to find it near Home Depot.

We were in and out pretty quickly. Staff was friendly. Food was good. Our bread was incredibly flaky and messy when toasted but that's typical lol. Parking lot is weird but it was a pretty great location overall.Vegetarian options: Plenty of options.Kid-friendliness: They offer smaller sandwich meals for littles!
