Amanda was an absolute godsend, give her a raise! She was kind and understanding and I left with a smile on my face.

Terrible service. They take forever to take your order, even with no costumers before me. I wanted a donut, they had 10 when I arrived and suddenly they ran out of them. They needed to make more and took them about 10 more minutes.

I was given shade by staff about picking up my food. I was not given an order number, nor did I know which counter to go to.

The food looked fine, seems they were only serving locals when were were there. Waited in line, got to the cash register but no one would take our order. We left with out being able to order.

In store service is not the greatest mainly focuses on the drive through rather than the long line up of people in the store waiting 20mins or more just to have an order taken is a little

The food is standard Tim's fare which isn't amazing hence the rating. The atmosphere same but this one is nice and clean.Despite that going there in the morning is a delight for any local the staff on the early morning shift are a pure delight and honestly make my day. There is one guy there in particular that goes out of his way to be incredibly friendly with all the customers and asks about each one and knows people by their orders. This location is incredibly lucky to have such an amazing shift like this. I literally can choose between 5 different Tim's on my way to work and this one I go to for the staff interaction. If a manager or owner reads this. GIVE THAT SHIFT A RAISE!!!!!!

I ordered chicken noodles soup and it had no chicken and the lady who served me didn't use gloves as she was touching her face and my bread.

The staff are very rude and judgmental, especially to people who look like they may be homeless and may possibly have substance abuse issues or mental issues. I've been absolutely disgusted in what I have witnessed and how cruel the employees have been, and this is 99% of the time I have been there. Their customer service is the worst out of all the Tim Hortons in Cowichan Valley, with the Tim Hortons beside McDonalds following closely behind with the same negative issues. I still go to these places because I love the coffee, so I put up with the disrespect I have witnessed and received myself several times. Why do i go back? Strictly because I love their coffee and convenience.

Morning crew is amazing, but the afternoon crew are horrible. By 3:30pm they are out of chili, sandwiches, cookies. For almost a week now. Not
