The staff is not friendly and very poorly trained. I had to call the manager when the staff refused to give me a refund when they did not have the ingredients and when the power went out so they could not make the item I wanted. Have been there twice and would not go again.
Would rate it 0. After having gotten something for our kid every time we're at the mall, I'm totally put off. At 5:35 I was told they were "closing soon" in an effort to make me place my order quickly. I asked when, and I was told 6. Almost half an hour left and they were ready to close up. I waited for my wife and two minutes later we ordered a drink only to be told that they had cleaned the juicer already as they were closing soon. What happened to good customer service. The gal at cashier was washing dishes and I wasn't sure if she saw me of knew I was there. She turned to me and asked what I wanted I told her oh good you know I am here and she said ya has to wash dishes I told her she might want to acknowledge customers when they came in. She just shrugged her shoulder. I thanked her nicely and gave her a tip and she said ya ok
