Didn't put the lid properly on my soup so it spilled all over the table and on my phone..

The salad is like 2/3 the size of what they used to be. I paid $6 for chicken and got 4 of the tiniest slices of chicken, maybe one chicken strip worth, if that. Paid for mushrooms and feta cheese and didn't get it. The sauce wasn't spicy at all. Barely any noodles. Just a complete rip off now.

Always our go-to when passing through Kamloops for quick, fresh and healthy vegan food! Their menu clearly indicates dietary restrictions/allergens and vegan options. Updated from previous review on 2023-12-25

I like the salads and wraps they have, always taste good with good flavour. It seems like more healthy option than most fast food places. I have never been disappointed or not like the meals I have gotten.

It's Chopped Leaf - it is consistent, reasonably priced food. The service is efficient, but sometimes inconsistent.

I was happy with the tasty vegan options. The shop is nice and clean. The waiting time is short.

We stopped in Kamloops during our drive from the Rockies to Vancouver and were looking for a healthy meal. We found the Chopped Leaf on Columbia St by chance and decided to try it. The salad bowls were delicious, healthy, satisfying and affordable...and were served very quickly. We enjoyed the meal so much, that we accidentally left a purse behind, which we did not discover until we had already arrived in our destination many km away. We called the Chopped Leaf, and the staff told us they had found the purse and stored it safely. We then asked the assistant manager Nicole Hall to box the purse and prepare for shipping. We arranged for Purolator to pick it up and it arrived at our home a couple days later, everything intact and nothing missing.Nicole and the rest of the staff were nothing but gracious and polite in their interactions with us. We will definitely go back to The Chopped leaf next time we are in Kamloops!Vegetarian options: healthy and delicious -- many options to choose from.

Used to love the wraps, very fresh and tasty. Now they over do the dressing and use dried something as filler. Very disappointing.

When did the portion sizes get cut in half? I hope the extra profit is making up for the lost

We used to love this place but after today we won’t be returning. Our salads basically had nothing much other than greens and even that was not as generous as it used to be. The new BLT salad had a minuscule amount of cheese, 3 thin slices of avocado and I had to search for the bacon which almost nonexistent. My husband had the Thai salad and his was the same. We brought it to the attention of the staff who offered us a $2 coupon to compensate. Sadly one of our favourites will no longer be visited by us.

The salad was ok but all the 'bits' that were added were all at the bottom of the salad. Not the most welcoming/comfortable of locations but it is more than adequate for a quick
