Visited this location on Saturday March 23 at 9:40pm. The lady working was rude and said only the drive thru was open. She said we could only order icecream which we were on with so we waited a few min till she was available to take our order. The blizzards were tasty but was charged an extra $1 to get mint skor which didn't make sense to me since they have mint Oreo and mint brownie on the menu and this is just swapping skor. Online hours said open till 10pm so seemed odd the lady working seemed pissed we came inside and refused to serve us anything except for icecream

Women’s washroom is disgusting. Light over stall is broken making it dark, baby change table is broken and sink is broken. I went with my two young children, had the key, and a woman was already in there! When I went in after she left, the one door was stuck shut and when I finally opened it, there was a needle and other material sitting on the broken toilet paper holder! The lady before us had just finished shooting up! Disgusting! A business’s washroom says a lot about how the place is run. Very disappointing.

Went to the drive-thru.. kinda busy…3 cars ahead of me. I ordered two medium blizzards. Had to put them in the freezer when i got home (live 3 minutes away) cause they were soooo soft (maybe they sat out on their counter till i got to the window?). The turn-upside down thing before handing them to me was sooo fast (maybe the blizzard would have fallen out of the cup). After i re-froze it at home, i ate my strawberry cheesecake blizzard, and was bummed to find only the top 1/3 was blizzard toppings and the rest was just vanilla ice cream - very disappointing.

28 minutes in a drive thru for 2 blizzards. Would have drove off if I wasn’t stuck in the drive thru because of the curbs. No acknowledgement for the wait. Since when are two medium blizzards $14??

I’ve always came here and it was so bad tonight.they are way to understaff and only prioritize the drive through.I waited 20 minutes at the front waiting to be helped- when i finally got someone I told them I needed a cake- with something written on it. He said he can’t do that- I said I always come here and get my cakes with writing on it- he said he’s really busy right now-it’s not the guys fault they are beyond under staff but this is making it for bad customer service. There is no reason I shouldn’t have been able to get my cake with 3 letters written on it- They need to hire more staff and prioritize the front like they do the drive through.

Gone way downhill since ownership changed. Recieved ice cold chicken wraps and when asked to boost, they came back overcooked and scorching hot, is it that hard to serve food how you're supposed to? Seemed incredibly passive aggressive. Second time In a row they were given ice cold. Onion rings were overcooked.
