I now used to go here very often. But the employees can’t blend a blizzard properly they leave everything right on top and barely any toppings. You ask for extra… ? Or ask for some other topping added you get 5 pieces of it. The staff are rude and will lie to you about it saying your making something up good bye.

Ordered food, while waiting at the window, we received part of the people's order behind me, unknowingly, i start eating it while still waiting for the rest of my order. I tell the lady she's made a mistake, she rudely states that we have to give back the food that she accidentally gave to us so she can throw it away. Barraging me with attitude like it was my fault.Whoever was taking my order was rude, unaccountable, short tempered, and a space cadet. Not good qualities when you work for customer service. Made my own burger and fries, it was way better.

This dairy queen is very helpful..I picked up a bday cake for my bf, and the young gentleman kindly wrote his (my bf's) name and Happy birthday on it!Plus..they have pretty good food..but excellent ice cream treats!Kid-friendliness: It's always a great place to bring your kids!!
They had plastic straws which was amazing to see these

The employee working over there named as Mariana give us such a bad customer Service, even she was talking with me while she turned back towards us and talked very rude. There should be need of customer service improvement. Never visit again ,hope so other will not face same like us.?????????????

We popped in here for Blizzards and were so pleased with the service -the staff was friendly, they smiled and were professional. The store was also clean. We are so used to dirty, messy, no smiles DQ at other Kamloops locations. This will definitely be the DQ location we will come to. Thank
