Cardwood straws for a large milkshake dosent work! One straw will fall apart before the drink is done, plus for the price of the shake the cardwood straw changes the taste so it's not as enjoyable. When I asked for a extra stray the look I was given was rude.Not impressed .I'll make the drive to valleyview Dairy Queen from now on as they have plastic straws and it's a much better atmosphere

rahul was such a outstanding employee. he hates his job (just kidding) but he was very kind and helpful. the small talk was on point #dqlife. i hope this man gets a raise (he better). Only problem was over priced food.Dietary restrictions: my friend was very compelled by the restrictions given. it will help her in her weight lost journey.Wheelchair accessibility: very well for people that are crippled like myself. although i’m not in a wheelchair, a aircast boot is even worse. i hate crutches.

Can't follow basic written instruction. Since when does a chocolate brownie extreme have vanilla ice cream??? Called to get it remedied and the guy sat there arguing with me in the window then thew a tantrum and threw the blizzard in the garbage and started yelling in the restaurant. I've seen better conflict resolution out of a 4 year old.
