Best Pasta I’ve had in Kamloops and definitely authentic. Everything is made from scratch down to the pasta noodles. The owner is the chef and takes pride. Yes the wait time is longer but that’s expected when you have one chef preparing your meal in the back and it’s worth the wait.
This place absolutely blew us away. We were in Kamloops for a wedding and 6 of us decided to come here to eat and catch up. Totally authentic dining experience where the service is slow so you really get the chance to catch up and socialize while the food makes its way out.The focaccia was soft, light, and perfectly salted! Di Muzio is one of my favourite restaurants in town. I always get the Aglio oil e peperoncini and just die of pleasure with every bite! Don’t come here if you’re looking for a speedy experience.
