We absolutely love both duck and pork belly bao buns and the dumplings are PHENOMENAL! Duck fat fries are also amazing. Can’t wait to continue trying the rest of the menu, we are never disappointed when we eat here and it’s just a bonus that it’s locally owned and grown! ?Thanks again and we will be back very soon!

Delicious food, we ordered the Katsu duck, cauliflower and two steamed duck bao buns. The service was excellent, and they even brought over three Crème Brûlées for us as a thank you. It was the best Crème Brûlée I have ever tasted, and I live in Europe.

Food was delicious. The duck fat fries were the best fries I've ever had. So flavourful and crisp. The bao buns were soft, airy, and flavorful and the duck filling was an explosion of flavour. Highly recommend checking it out.

Awesome to be able to get gluten free Katsu. Was a tasty meal. If they had GF Tonkatsu sauce would make the drive to Kamloops for it.
Based on the reviews, I had expected the food to be good, but I didn't expect it to be haute cuisine. When I bit into the pork belly steam bun, I thought "wow! this tastes amazing, refined and flavourful -- this must be the creation of a gourmet chef". Also had the dumplings, fries (duck fat?), daily salad (prosciutto, apple, beets, lettuce etc) and all were good. I loved the flavours so much that afterwards I looked up the eatery and I was right about the haute cuisine and gourmet chef. Chef Jarrod is the one who takes your order behind the counter and is so humble, welcoming and attentive. It was such a treat to try his dishes.

My interaction with them lasted only about a minute, but I felt welcomed and appreciated. Great service and incredible food. There is nothing artificial about it. Delicate, smokey, savoury flavours. Not greasy or doused in salt. Perfect creme brulee

So glad we went! Delicious food. The duck pork dip (like a beef dip) offered both comforting nostalgia while also a little something new. Wonderful flavour combination and perfect au jus dip.
It was fun to try something different. I found the difference in taste subtle and the different types were interesting. Will go again.
