Hello, we were a group of 6 people who went to the kamploos 555 Norte branch on 13th of Feb 2024. We order 4 boxes of the special Tuesday 5 pc chicken. Out of which we picked 3 from the counter and were waiting for the last one. One of us went to enquire on the ETA of the last box and to our surprise the person at the counter said that we already picked alll of our boxes. Obviously, we informed that we didn’t and it’s still pending. The person (red polo shirt, male, working on this day at 7:26pm) started arguing and was rude and aggressive. He implied that we stole!!! He went ahead and told us that we never ordered 4 boxes and that we ordered just 3. This is where it gets interesting, kFC is a reputable company with millions of transactions and assuming that you have a good POS system. Is it that hard to back track and verify if we ordered 3 or 4 boxes? We went ahead and showed him our bank transaction because they had taken our receipts for the survey free drink and popcorn. He looked at our transactions ( on our phones ) and checked the time of the payment and the number of payments that were made. He questioned if there was a duplicate payment. Alll of this for a $5.75 ( with tax) KFC meal box. All of my friends and work in customer facing jobs as well and we know there was a better way to deal with this.

On February 13th, around 7:26 pm, we were at KFC. The staff, particularly a guy in a red polo shirt who appeared to be Indian, accused us of theft. We had ordered four combos of the $5.49 hot and spicy box, but we only received three. However, when we received our order, we noticed that only three combos were provided. When we brought this to the attention of the staff member, he initially insisted that he had given us all four combos. However, upon further discussion and urging him to check our table, he claimed that we had only ordered three combos. In response, we showed him the payment messages from our bank, which clearly indicated that we had ordered four combos. Despite this evidence, the situation escalated, and the staff member became confrontational, leading to a heated argument.

Never go there if you love tour health and care for your time . The store is always dirty dont know why healt canada has done anything about it. Plus their employees have a ego of out of the world no one care or either they are just forced labour .Hope you read this review before going in there to save your time and money.lets see iff the management do something or the store just goes down

First of all are we serving chicken or Cornish game hens? The sizes of the pieces of chicken were so tiny, at least half the size of normal. Fries were Luke warm at best and cups were only half full. Service was slow taking roughly ten minutes for order to be ready. Lastly we ate in, this restaurant is absolutely filthy, the floor was greasy and slippery. The tables were sticky and just gross. Used to like kfc but even with the use of a coupon the price does not justify what you get.

I thought it was the W/L KFC that been deteriorating in good Chicken.But our order here was the same. Absolutely nothing crispy. Even the bottom of the bucket had a layer of oil rolling around in it.I vow now KFC for the rest of my life. The Cornal worked so hard to build this chain and now look at it.
I had the burrito from taco bell was just what you expect fast food nothing fancy just got the job done ✔️ Had a hard time recommending something I guess the crispy chicken

After several mediocre experiences here months ago, I decided to give it another go. NEVER AGAIN. The food was absolutely disgusting, from the chicken, to the stuffing, to the macaroni salad, and right down to the gravy. How can you possibly screw up KFC gravy?? If I could give it zero stars I would.
