Place was dirty and the atmosphere/customer service was odd. Massive coffee spill on the floor that was left for too long, and I waited almost half an hour to order/get my food. My juice was lukewarm by the time I got it. I understand they may be stressed and overstaffed, but the whole experience came off as rather unprofessional

I just drove through to place a simple order I tried three times to tell the lady what I wanted she got it wrong every time it was just a simple order I wish businesses would place someone who understands at the front point of customer service... Don't place employees in a failing situation..because of this I ended up leaving completely dissatisfied. . what are you going to do??

Staff is crazy ignorant, i love getting screamed at by a establishment that i intended to spend my hard earned money in. If thats the "face" of the downtown kamloops location then it needs a face lift. I dont like mcdonalds, its quite disgusting, it makes me literally sick the following day, but my kid wanted a cheeseburger ....never again . Thanks young girl who obviously hates her job and takes it out on the customers.....oh and she was very condescending to put a cherry on top. If mcdonalds cares , she was at the register thursday evening at around 8 pm, kind of young but has the spunk of a 40 year old karen. Dark hair, wraring a mask .

First off workers have zero patience at all, second when they gave me my food they threw it at me. I had order a mcdouble and fries and a iced tea and I got a mcchicken and a sprite and cold fries. I will not be going and don’t recommend you go either

Food was good, and the service we received was good. However, there are frequently people coming in off the street under the influence of drugs, and people even begging for money or food in the store. I recommend other McDonald's franchises in the kamloops area or other restaurant options instead.

Breakfast was good but woman working the counter treated me with clear disdain due to the fact that I have a mask exemption. Discrimination like that should not be tolerated.
