Can be quite disappointing at times depending on who is working. I use the kiosk so there no room for communication error and I’m still presented with the wrong order or a burger with ingredients I didn’t request.Ice coffee shouldn’t have a layer of liquid sugar at the bottom that doesn’t mix in when you shake it like a maraca.

I ordered at the drive-thru and waited in the parking lot for them to bring my order. When I got home, the fries that i paid for were not in my food bag. I phoned to let them know and they told me I could pick up my fries right away. I didn't want to go out again so I did pick them up the next day. No substitutions, no refund. I'm not impressed.
