Service was quite slow had to park ahead and wait for food to be brought out. I ordered 3 items. Cheeseburger nuggets and fillet of fish. The photo shows the half slice of cheese in it. So half of sandwich goes without I guess ?. The nuggets were tough so I think not fresh. Was not worth the cost or the wait.

Friendly staff. Clean restrooms. Could you use the sitter for more than 5 minutes without being bothered which is rather nice, seeing as how the majority of the time after eating a good old greasy and double cheeseburger, you are going to need at least that amount of time just a buckle the belt to get to the point of sitting on the shoulder to do so.... I gave my order three times through the drive thru, two medium sugar free ice vanilla coffees. When paying the girl said one vanilla iced coffee. I again repeated my order. Once I received my coffee’s I noticed they were two French vanilla coffees.I hate to complain but this location consistently gets my order wrong. It’s like they aren’t even listening. They care too much about service times and rushing people through.

I understand drive thru being busy but when you keep telling everyone to move and the parking lot is full now and they have to park on the street, you obviously doing it wrong.. maybe your just to young to understand how traffic works..

I have my favorite burger, which is customized the same way each visitor using the options on the app, and Earl Grey tea. I'd say that up to 50% of the time the custom options on the burger (or even the base burger) are made incorrectly. Today they forgot the bacon on a quarter pounder BLT! Hmmmmm.
Terrible. Food was cold and tasted so bad. Ate one bite and threw it out. This is the second time it has happened to me. Go elsewhere.

Tonight we went through the drive thru at 940pm. Ordered our food and watched them hand our food out to the vehicle ahead of ours. Then they realized their mistake and asked for our order back from the other vehicle and gave it to us - yes, after having been in someone else's vehicle. When I questioned if our food was in the vehicle ahead I was told "we will change the bag for you". Never mind that it was in someone else vehicle and hands first. I requested a remake of the food and was told to park in space 1; where I sat and waited for over 25 minutes before someone came and asked if I was waiting for an order. When the food finally came, my order was wrong, so I had to drive back. At this point I asked for a manager and the assistant manager came to the window. I was definitely annoyed and explained all that happened and was told by the assistant manager "it was only in their car for a few minutes", as if I was being unreasonable to expect food that had not gone through someone else's vehicle first.

If you want an ice cream treat that is a McFlurry , do not go to McDonald's on Fortune Drive. Anyone that has ever had a mcflurry or blizzard knows it's supposed to be mixed properly top to bottom I just bought two mcflurries and it was one third mixed with of a ton of Oreo on the top and absolutely nothing the bottom except their vanilla soft serve. Neither one of the lids fit properly and they weren't even cut properly. It's not that much money, but that's not the point. The point is, is nobody cares at all any more. People seem to have a hard time doing their jobs properly it's quite disgusting.
