the whole playplace toy has deteriorated. Dirty plexiglass windows, blackened stairs, all playsurfaces really scruffy and black. Dirty. We couldn't eat there as ugh. Very disappointing. The whole place needs to be pressurecleaned to its beautiful brightness like a long time ago.

Closer to cardboard than food. We could not finish any of our burgers tonight. The driest, coldest and toughest junior chickens I've ever experienced. This went beyond \\\"its fast food deal with it\\\". Awful. Fries were okay.

HAD QUICK AND FRIENDLY SERVICE THIS TIME. STOPPED FOR BREAKFAST, A COUPLE OF EGG MCMUFFINS AND PANCAKES FOR MY GRANDSON. THE LAST TIME WE WERE HERE WAS IN NOVEMBER AND WE HAD TERRIBLE SERVICE, A LONG WAIT AND COLD FOOD. LEFT DISCUSTED AND UPSET. SENT A NOTE TO THE COMPLAINT DESK OF MCDONALDS AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD PASS IT ON TO THE RESTAURANT?

I have never complained about food at any restaurant in my life but had I gone in instead of taking it home to eat, I would definitely have asked for my $ back. I ordered a filet of fish and vanilla milkshake. The filet was so thick with their sauce that it literally poured out of the bun and the filet itself was hard as a rock. But the worst was the milkshake. It tasted like household cleaner with about 3 cups of sugar. I literally gagged. It also was a bright shade of yellow not white as a vanilla shake should be. Also a very long wait time and it wasnt even busy. Extremely disappointed. (Valleyview)

Young crew appeared to be in the weeds and struggling this evening. Wrong burger on order. Fries ? way under cooked? Like there is a timer. Generally much better service.

Wonderful staff at night, specially the lady at drive thru…. I’m a trucker and got the best coffee and breakfast meal with a smile earlier in the morning. Kudos to the team for g8 service and exceptional courtesy. Made my day !!!!

Tried the New Chicken Big Mac. Not something to write rave reviews about sorry. Just like the beef version, it would be better if your burger were wrapped, rather than boxed. There would be less burgerslide. The burger would be held together much better. Your competitors wrap their burgers. And for the most part stay looking like a burger, and not looking like a landslide just happened. Presentation does matter, even at the take out window

Typical McDonald's, ordered 2 items, fries and a shake at one of the kiosks and went to pay at the till. Service was slow, with about 7 staff inside and none at the till. After eventually paying for my 2 items it seemed everyone was doing something except working on my order. I was the only person inside the restaurant, Although I'm fully aware people were going thru the drive-thru. Probably should have gone through the drive-thru. I'm a patient person but on this day this location took the fast out of fast-food. They must typically have 99% drive-thru customers as they seemed completely unprepared for walk-up customers. One of the staff, a young girl, was coming in the door to start her shift at the same time we arrived. She was beyond pleasant and kind, opening doors, and welcoming us in. Really top-notch customer service from her. A fail for everyone else. I also noticed that when she was in the kitchen her mood changed significantly as she performed her tasks about 15 minutes into her shift. She appeared stressed and a little unnerved. I can only assume that a change so sudden is either a coworker or the manager creating a hostile work environment. Felt sorry for this young person as she was outstanding at the door when she arrived for work and 15 minutes later was in a completely different mindset. Stay in school kids ?.

I utilized the self-checkout screens. The bathroom had no doors at all to get in, all stalls had nice doors that went nearly to the floor and ceiling. The coffee tasted old, and my bagel was squished and tasted very dense. I'm not sure if it was the manager or AM but she was wearing a black top with the fancy manager scarf, she bare hand grabbed muffins from the display despite having tongs in every baked good space. (Including potentially my muffin) She seemed overwhelmed with the 1 customer she had at the till (in the restaurant) while several other employees (3 to 4+) including the other manager (with a white top) appeared happy and content in the drive-through and meal preparation. She requested someone come to take her place, and she was counting the cash to settle with no line in front of her?? Hopefully she has a better day tomorrow..

(Valleyview location) Consistently the worst service of any McDonald's that I have ever been to. McDonald's as a restaurant is terrible to start with. It is overpriced and it barely qualifies as food. Why do we go. Because kids like fries and nuggets. This particular McDonald's has next to no seats the drive-thru is regularly empty. They leave you standing there looking at you but not serving you. My 4 year old and two other families stood there for almost ten minutes nobody's is drive-thru what are they doing. We eventually had to go through the drive-thru so my kid could have her fries. This is not the first second or third time this has happened. It's gotten much worse since the most recent renos. The Northshore has issues that we all know about but the service is a 100 times better than the Valleyview location. How is this place still doing business.

Always check orders when going through drive through. Forgot my kids nuggets got all the way home had to drive back down to get them. Phoned store and was told to come by the following day. Did not solve my missing food problem, when I got down the hill no extra effort was given just sorry. You think after a screw up they would atleast give some coupon or something.

Second time using the bathrooms this past month or so. Very dirty. Toilets not clean, dirty sinks. Never been in a Mcdonalds and found them unclean, let alone twice

Writing this review because of two messed up drinks in just a week, aswell quality of drinks at this location has been inconsistent as of this last month. One order I had a mocha with no chocolate. Another got black coffee instead of hot chocolate. Label was on cup as hot chocolate. Aswell drinks not being filled even close to full. Quality of drinks is different from other franchise locations

This location constantly makes mistakes. I've had so many orders with missed items ( Burger patty not in a burger.) I honestly won't go back here. It's rare to receive your order the way that you asked for it. Training and better consistency is what this place requires.
