It took 40 mins to get our appy after ordering. When we got our main meal, my husbands vegables weee hot. Mine were cold as were my mushrooms. My husband didn't get his mushrooms. The steak was just ok. Little disappointed. They did take 8.50 off the bill for the missed mushrooms and cold food.

It was very loud. But good service for being busy. Food was good. The only criticism I have is that we ordered the hot lobster dunk as an Appetizer and the dip to chip ratio was horrible. There was barely any dip, and had tons of chips leftover.

My dad took me to Mr. mikes his favourite restaurant in the past. He wanted the classic mike burger I ordered a steak. My dad enjoyed his Mike burger, but my steak was over cooked and our food took nearly 30 minutes to arrive I would have asked for another steak however I was not prepared to wait another 30 minutes for a steak. I really expected more from a steak house.

As someone with celiac, I'm often leary of my first experience at a new restaurant. I was very pleased with how accommodating the staff was. They were very careful to make sure my food was safe for me. Obviously some things had to be modified but they did a great job and it tasted amazing. I'll definitely be back.
Normally the service and food is phenomenal with no complaints. The reason I go to Mr Mikes is for the quick service and good food, but our last visit was disappointing. The drinks took 15 to 20mins to get to us. The food took approximately 45 to 50mins. The steaks were not cooked as requested, medium well was completely well done, and my medium rare was very much rare. The waitress then proceeded to state "I wish you would have told me" when I brought the unsatisfactory food to her attention. The waitress only checked in once at the start of our meal, how could we have? I completely understand short staffing issues, but the food is inexcusable.

We were unhappy with our service. We were asked what we wanted to drink, after a half an hour I had to ask another employee for our drinks. From the time we sat down, we did not receive our food for an hour and a half. While waiting we could hear other tables talking about the same thing. When I asked how long for the food, we were told 5 min, it was 15 min later. I asked for a sirloin and husband had New York, the food was put down without asking who had what, and it wasn't till we were almost done that we realized we were eating each others food. We both ordered smuggler and that is suppose to come with onion rings, and only one plate had this. Needless to say, this was the first time in 20 years we did not tip.

Great burgers, great steaks and really good pub-like food. Check out Thursday after 8:00 for cheap beer and half price food. -edit 2023 update. Quality of food is still there but the quantity has gone down about 40% on most items and price has also gone up about the same amount. I know it's "normal" for the times but we surely noticed the huge difference tonight and it will impact our decisions in the future.
