I had an incredible experience at Sizzling Wok Kamloops! The service was exceptional - the lady went above and beyond by bringing my food to the table when she noticed I was on crutches and couldn't carry it myself. Such a thoughtful gesture that truly made my day. A five-star dining experience!

Sadly disappointing service. The portions were stingy, the young girl was nice enough, but her and the older woman weren’t happy when I forgot to ask for it to go, easy enough to plop it in a to go box, there was one person behind me ? and gave me lots of attitude when I asked for a glass of ice with a lid because we were camping and it was hot. Guess they must make enough business they don’t have to have good service :/ won’t be going there again.

The older, Asian server at this location tends be be disrespectful towards me. I don't know if its because of my skin color (black), but she is very flippant and dismissive. This always seems to be a recurring thing. I don't know why
