This store needs to be twice the size, with twice the staff for its downtown location! Drive thru is a joke.WARNING! If you are in any hurry, do not use this location between 8:30-9 am! Expect at least a 20 minute wait for mobile orders, in store or drive thru.**These poor girls are run off their feet! I have to give them 2 thumbs up for their cheerfulness in such a stressful, rushed morning! Way to go everyone ?
Good product, consistent, service is for most part very good and consistent. There is a General sense of Pride for the Baristas who prepare the coffee. For a large company such as Starbucks I can appreciate that the service product and consistency is very high all across Starbucks I've been to. This certainly cannot be that easy so I will continue to be a customer until something changes. Oh! The app.. this is an excellent app that allows ordering ahead of time for customers....read full review

It’s amazing to see a workplace with everybody being friends it makes the atmosphere more welcoming and even helpful when rude customers decide to make someone’s day bad they have each other and unfortunately I’ve seen a lot of rude customers here, but the staff is always so happy and willing to
