Came here with my partner who was very excited to start off his birthday with a complementary drink. We are both loyal customers, although he normally pays by card, rather than with the app. He’d created a Starbucks account specifically for this visit so that his drink would be comp’d. When he scanned his card, the cashier was rude and stated that the only way he could get his free birthday drink was if he’d already made a purchase on his account, although this fact is not stated on the app. I understand having some rules regarding this, but as a former Starbucks partner who has first-hand experience in the company’s goal to make magical moments for their customers by surprising them with free drinks at the cashiers discretion, I was extremely disappointed in the cashiers attitude towards the situation. Will likely not return to this location, as I’ve had nothing but great experiences at the Columbia and Summit locations in comparison.

Went in for my birthday drink with my girlfriend and Patrica said I could not get my birthday drink because I have never used the app despite setting it up. I don’t now how to use the app. I use my card to buy stuff like a normal person.

I’ve never seen a pile of garbage like this in front of a Starbucks. It’s fairly apparent nobody cares about this location. These neighboring businesses must be so happy about this. The actual garbage can is steps away.

Come in the store and stand in front of the counter with all the workers that just walk by with not one person greeting or acknowledging the customer ??♂️ I literally stand there making full eye contact and nothing. You get that “it’s not my station vibe” then after a minute I have to ask if anyone is at the till and they just say yeah someone will be back. ?? great service Starbucks!
No change table in the bathroom (which was plenty big enough to have one). Had to change my son on the disgusting dirty floor.

Oof should have learned:Update after some time, what i witnessed a shift supervisor or supervisor do to their employees is disgusting. I make 6 figures and I'd drop quit in a SECOND as I laugh in their face if someone spoke to me like that. To the woman with the Karen hair cut and who behaves like a Karen, you'll NEVER GET ANYWHERE treating people like that. My wife is an ex starbucks employee and thought about working part time for some spare cash but after seeing you and how you treat people, she will never even think about it especially with how she's been there for so long and this is not the first time we have witnessed workplace harassment from a superior at this specific business.In my industry we team up and BULLY PEOPLE LIKE YOU UNTIL THEY QUIT. I hope you're ready for the real world once Starbucks cans you.Bunch of Baristas waiting around while the person whose training makes ALL drinks. Massive backup for no reason. I didn't want to wait 20 minutes for two coffees in a near empty place

I went to Starbucks and thankfully was not in a rush, the drive thru was closed so there were about 30 people in the building. I waited about 20 minutes for my drink but I didn’t mind, the ladies behind the counter were very kind so that helped with the waiting haha.
