A very nice experience overall! Top quality sushi that is presented with care, large portion sizes, a tasteful atmosphere for eating in, friendly and fast service, and very fair prices for the high quality. Close to the many hotels just up the street and an easy 5 minute walk from several of them. I will be back!Vegetarian options: An array of vegetarian options are on the menu. Easy to meet vegetarian and vegan dietary preferences here.

The food was decent, but the place smelled like an old deep fryer. The floor was covered in muddy footprints, It hasn’t rained in lord knows how long. I wonder what the kitchen looked like. We would have left if it wasn’t already late, and we were starving after a long day on the road. I hope this was a one-off, so I will give them a second chance, but I’ll walk out the door if it looks like this again.

I recently moved to Kamloops from mainland and tried to find a good sushi place. I tried this place for the first time and I just ordered Salmon Avocado rolls and Dragon rolls.First of all, I liked the girl who took my order. But the food wasn't good at all. Salmon wasn't fresh at all, Rice was a little firm. And Dragon roll should be warm cuz there's bbq eel but they just used the cold eel. I understand it it's pre-made but I waited for 25 minutes just for 2 rolls. The restaurant even wasn't busy at all. And a boy(Server)walked in starting his shift when I was waiting for my order, didn't wash his hands and started to work. I won't come back

Mistake. All I can say. Was recommended but save your time and $. Go to Arigato. Took us 1 hour and 20 min to get 4 rolls. They'd rather cater to skip the dishes delivery guys then customers in house. When food did come it was terrible. Flat unseasoned rice. No mayo on rolls. Looked like they were cut by a Boy Scout with a full knife. Total waste of my time.

WOW! Our first time ordering after getting many great recommendations. Lovely friendly woman took our order over the phone. We thoroughly enjoyed all the sushi we ordered. The Cat’s Eye roll is a must, as is The Green Dragon, Tuna Cowboy, Torch Boy, Popeye, and Tempura Asparagus Roll. So many unique rolls. Husband picked up our order and said he also had great customer service.The shrimp sunomono was good but noodles needed a bit more softening.Looking forward to trying lots more sushi etc!Vegetarian options: Lots of great vegetarian optionsParking: Easy parking

Walked down to the restaurant from our hotel room a couple of blocks away. We checked the website before going and the website said they are open until 8:30pm. Get to the restaurant at 7:45pm and the worker sees us coming and quickly turns the sign around to closed. Sign on the door says they are open until 8:30pm. If the restaurant doesn't want to serve people at 7:45pm change the hours to 7:30pm, that way people won't waste their time to go there only to be told they are closed by workers too lazy to serve people.
