Disappointed that the storefront stopped selling mini cupcakes. The icing is a little heavy and had to throw the majority of the cupcake away. They do look lovely though.

I made an email order a week prior to my daughter’s birthday party. I was unable to get a hold of them by phone. They did respond back with a quote and telling me the last pick up was 4:45 on Saturday. I showed up and they didn’t have my order. I pulled up my email showing the girl at the front, who apologized. I ended up buying what they had out of the front. They charged me the same amount I had been quoted- since they messed up my order, I would have at least thought I would get a discount. The cupcakes weren’t what we had originally wanted and you could tell they were a couple days old.We have ordered quite a few times, but this was a big letdown.

First time buying cupcakes at Sweet Spot Cupcakes. Will definitely not come back. For the price, I expected them to be at least decent. Bought 1 dozen, one of each flavour available when I visited. All had a varying degree of dryness, some tolerable and some chokingly dry. Makes me think some were probably a day old, maybe even more? What a shame. It did look good but unfortunately, it did not taste good. Wish I could get my money back.

Been going here for years and have always loved their cupcakes. Loved bringing my young son here often to let him pick out a bunch of mini cupcakes. The mini cupcakes have now sadly been unavailable for drop in pick up.Recently the last few times I've come here to get drop in regular size cupcakes, I've gotten home only to be disappointed with how dry the cakes were. Stale, old tasting. (Three separate occasions)Disappointing since these aren't cheap cupcakes. 25$ for 6 cupcakesThe staff is always very pleasant though:)

Very tasty cupcakes! The owner is very friendly. I placed a birthday order with pick up for 1pm and called at 1245 asking if it could be okay if I picked them up 15 min early and the girl on the phone (not the owner) was very rude and told me “if I’m lucky” they will be ready by 130/2pm because they are very busy. I understand being busy, but maybe the tone of delivery could have been better. But they looked great and tasted so good.

I'm upset cause this is how I found out I was going to be a auntie yesterday. You guys have a business and to be professional. "Aunty pay" ain't it. Auntie Tay would be better. And why is the middle part missing cupcakes? I'm thankful my sister got me cup cakes but I'm angry that you guys couldn't live up to the expectations. She and I were disappointed you guys have taken away what was supposed to be a beautiful moment that she and I have been dreaming of since we were little girls.

The website says they are open until 4 on sundays . The door says they are open until 4 on sundays .I was very disappointed to arrive before 4 and the store was locked with no one around ! I drove 20 min to go to this store and someone closed early with complete disregard to customers , very disappointing!

My fiancé and I had an amazing experience! We ordered our wedding cake the same day as our cake tasting. The staff are super friendly and the quality of their cupcakes is hands down the best we’ve had in Kamloops. I would recommend Sweet Spot Cupcakes to anyone!!

Presentation is good, but I've found the cupcakes were consistently dry in the 3 occasions over the years I've eaten one. Icing is also so sweet - it overwhelms the flavor of the icing.

We ordered a hundred cupcakes and wedding cake for my daughter's wedding. We arranged for delivery and set up. The cake and cupcakes looked beautiful and the taste was even better. Highly recommend.

So excited to try these cupcakes! Sadly was completely disappointed . The frosting was gritty with sugar and the cake dry. Filling was overly sweet in some and overall unpleasant. We tried about 6 different flavours. Beautiful but underwhelming. I’d be incredibly sad if I served any of this for dessert.
