Inedible food! The cook came out of the kitchen and started serving food and talking to the guests. The food was cold and dry as if it was cooked 5 days ago!

I have been to this place multiple time and everytime I go there, I see only one server serving the entire restaurant. We had to wait for 15-20 minutes everytime for everything. Also, she is always frustrated, rude and unwilling to serve. I recently got to know she is the manager of the place too. I wish they know that better customer service goes a far longer way than saving labour costs by asking a manager to serve the entire restaurant. Never coming back here again!

Food is great! Service is good! A great place to come and hang out with others, especially with free pool games on Sundays! Might be a bit of a further drive than most places in town, but is definitely worth it. Gud soup!?

This is a cozy neighborhood Pub that promotes a warm environment, good food, and awesome service! The owners are very kind, genuine and respectable people who are promoting a family/neighborhood feel. I enjoy playing music there, having a snack, talking to the staff and the owner is kind and fair. Great place to relax for a cold one, have a yummy appy/meal, watch a game, play some pool, enjoy live music, shoot some pool and bring ur whole crew, it's child friendly and licensed to support families!! Finally, breakfast is served all day!! ??? ? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Short haired waitress..terrible service..rude, cranky, mad at the world...couldn't be bothered to serve, refill, offer food, to busy on her phone, although I can't blame her, there was only 8 of us in the whole bar...not like it was to busy...

Pretty disappointed when you're with somebody's and this Indian group was playing the pool table so we put a couple bucks down saying hey guys, we're going to take the next game and then they refuse to actually give us the pool table said we had to play them for it even though they didn't own it. And the waiter just made a couple jokes about it and walked away. Didn't do anything about them hogging the pool tables of themselves as well as I don't think kids should be allowed in the bar, especially one of the dingiest nastiest hole in the walls you'll ever find.

Amazing staff all around!! Servers and bartenders are all super friendly. The pool tables are awesome and food is always hot! Love the new Reno's and that they are family friendly now.

Was here last Saturday with all my friends. Great food but the service was absolutely pathetic. Our server disappeared for about 30 minutes and we had to wait so long for everything. Finally we decided to walk up to the bar to get our own drinks. Great job by the bar man though! Nice and polite, made as many cocktails in just an hour that a local neighborhood pub would do in a whole week. The place was packed but the bar man was putting so much work to make the drinks and run it out too, while the servers disappeared. Loved the shaft cocktail and the shots. Atmosphere was good and the karaoke night is amazing. Would love to come back again but definitely be sitting at the bar next time.

Worst service at a pub we’ve ever had. Went there Saturday, Feb 3/24. I’m guessing because only two out of the nine of us had alcoholic drinks. She embarrassed my son by raising her voice at him. I realize customer service isn’t like it used to be, but this took it to a whole different level. We are a huge family in Kamloops, and we will never be back.
