Long wait for a coffee. Also the employees are talking a foreign language to each other and then talking to myself in English.

First of all, pisses me off when someone at Tim Hortons tries to upsell you every time you go there. You're not there as a salesman. You're there to serve coffee. Leave it to that. To add on top of it I asked for Mayo on my breakfast sandwich. I get it slopped on the top of it, not even on the inside and only on one side of it what garbage you people should go back to your country if you're not going to do things the proper way

This is my second review about the situation. My husband and I were heading out of town on December 31, 2023 and we stopped at Tim Hortons in Valleyview beside the Brick 1735 East TransCanada HighwayWe always order two wraps, two hashbrowns, two coffee we had nothing but issues with the service. The communication was bad she kept arguing with us they didn’t give us the proper order so we had to order another hash brown and pay for that one when it should’ve been part of the original Order.I have spoken to customer service two times the first time they put me in touch with the wrong manager at the other Tim Hortons in Valleyview farther down the road and when I called them the other day, they changed it to the one that I had the issue at and I still haven’t heard anything.All they did was direct me back to the original Tim Hortons that had the issue with, but the manager hasn’t contacted me so this is become a real issue and if anybody reads this review and they have issues at Tim Hortons then this is the one to avoid.I requested an answer back and the actual other Tim Hortons contacted me because that’s the one that I thought that customer service put me in touch with and they offered to rectify the situation but it’s not their responsibility. I have no problem with that one. I am requesting a gift card for the inconvenience of their service.I will continue to write in reviews about Tim Hortons until I get the proper answers and the proper service.I would like to have a supervisor from the property Tim Hortons contact me and to rectify the situation with the gift card.Usually, I don’t have an issue with anybody but when you get inadequate service and drive-through teller arguing with customers, that’s not a good situation.

Went through the drive thru to order a coffee and 3 gift cards. I was told that they will only issue 2 gift cards in the drive thru and that I need to come into the store. I asked if they could please make an exception because I have a young child in the car. I should also add that there was no one behind me in the drive thru. The employee once again declined. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything.On a positive note, your local McDonald’s thanks you for the extra business. They had zero issue handling an extra 10 seconds to issue 3 gift cards and pour a coffee. Happy Holidays!

Dismal service! Point blank and very clearly requested ‘extra blended’ on an Ice Capp at a quiet time in the restaurant and the request was acknowledged with a nod. Completely ignored there after . When I reiterated the previously accepted request after watching another employee make the beverage, I was met with a dumbfounded look on who I am assuming is a manager determined by the paper work she immediately attended to after taking the payment and completely disregarding any sort of instructions for a little extra stir on the Ice Capp. At this time, I walked out without drink in hand. Never will I step foot in such an establishment again that finds it acceptable to ignore their customers. This is actually the second time this week such behaviour has been demonstrated at this location.

Got the orders wrong.and still made us pay the extra even when they did the order wrong, coffe was wrong my everything egg Cresent was wrong, husbands ham and cheese melt was wrong ,they made ham and cheese sandwich, his coffee was wrong too the worst,I ever had.that rhe whole order was wrong.and it wasn't that busy,lam pretty sure the guy that took our order didn't understand English that well,

Went to the other one just east by the A&W. Was totally ignored. No one else in the lineup. So, I went to this one, excellent service. If going to Tim Horton's again, this is the one I would go to!

My order was incorrect. Was told that it was my fault for not understanding the local slang. Trouble with reimbursement as I paid more for the incorrect order. Rude staff member made a simple transaction incredibly difficult.Two supervisors on site. One was the rude staff member. Other couldn't do much about another supervisor.Tim Hortons is not growing for the better. Will be putting effort into supporting better business practices.
