HORRIBLE experience I have ever had at any Tim Hortons. I would give it zero stars if I could. Went in today around 4:30pm-4:45pm to get my vanilla latte that they had forgotten to give me the last time I was there and obviously something else to eat. I don't live near there so I had called after my last visit which was two weeks ago and said that they had forgotten my vanilla latte and the lady was very sweet she said that I could come grab it the next time I was in. When I went in today I told the cashier that and she told me to wait and got me to talk to this other gentlemen. He asked me when this was and what was my name and I told him. He went to the back and started going through this book and came to me and said I don't see anything in the book if there was a mistake it would have been written in here. I told him I did talk to someone and they told me to come grab it. He kept on saying theres nothing in the book I can't do anything, theres nothing in the book so. And I was like can I not talk to anyone else and he's like no and I was like can I contact them via email he said no and was like why not, he's like that's personal information. How can you not complain to the manager via their email I mean it has to be a work email or didn't even give me any other option to contact someone regarding this matter. He didn't even know himself what he was saying first he said you have to call in the morning from 8am-9am, I said I have school and work I can't then. Then he said you have to call in morning from 8am-10am and lastly he said you have to call in morning because they work from 6am-2pm like even at that point didn't even think he was telling the truth or didn't know himself like this is what you call a supervisor. He was so rude and he had so much arrogance in himself. Before leaving I asked his name he's like why with such a rude face gesture and I was like I can know your name everyone had a name tag and he didn't (might have token it off so I don't say anything or know who he was) then ended up saying it so quietly and with arrogance Baelirk, or Balark don't even know and claims himself to be a supervisor. Have never seen a supervisor all tight and rude. Don't know what these people think of themselves don't want to be rude but these international kids coming here becoming supervisors and think they can just run this place like that but they don't know.

It's a Tim Hortons. Donuts a good coffee slot. He lived up to my expectations and had good service. Thank you Tim HortonsKid-friendliness: Tim Hortons is a very kid-friendly place. As a matter of fact this morning on the way to church I will stop by and get some timbits for those in my Sunday school class.

We have been to this location many times. Today was our first 5 star visit. Did not wait overly long. They got the order right and the staff were pleasant throughout the ordering process! If there have been recent changes here then it is working!

Very worst and irritating service they provided this morning. I ordered everything bagel double toasted with butter but they gave me bagel no toasted and bunch of butter on it. I went back again to the drive thru and asked is it toasted or not they all were not sure, then said we will give you again…I went half of the way to my work and I realized again they gave me wrong not with butter they put herbs and cheese on it which I never asked for. I didn’t have time to go back again and return it. Just wanna say overall bad experience, it is not happening first time with me but couple of times in the past. This time so frustrating, I hope someone would take an action in order to give good and better service.

No hours posted on door, online claims 24/7 but isnt. Also claims to be open at 5am online but opens at 7am. Seems like a lot of business lost when youre attached to a bus exchange and a lot of people need to get on their bus at 7.When I did get in the tables in the seating area were clearly never cleaned from the previous night as they had large black sticky patches all over

Delay in order most of the time. If you order a meal you won’t get everything together. You wont get paper tissue with your order. You wont get payment receipt. Same people occupying tables so hard to get place to seat and eat. Overall this one is not good.Vegetarian options: They don’t have variety in vegetarian food. But you will get vegetarian food.

Trash service. Everyone takes their sweet time and half of the staff bumbles around aimlessly. I've missed the bus several times waiting for a simple coffee that would take them up to 10 minutes to make when it's not even busy. Best thing to do is not go here if you're under any kind of time limit since none of the staff have any sense of urgency.Also after reading the several other bad reviews the owner just copies and pastes the same exact response to everyone telling them to call some other place. Can tell how hands off the management is and how much they don't care. Never going to this location again. Not to mention how disgusting and filthy it always is, garbage bins are always overflowing and trash is just left all over the tables and floors. I can't believe how much this place struggles to do the absolute bare minimum

Went up to counter. No acknowledgement. Stood there for 2 minutes. Notice a customer walk in and go to another counter and was served. Guess I was at the wrong counter. No one was at the other till when I walked in. Regular Tim’s customer with app and all. I just walked out and went down the street to Starbucks. Service was excellent there.
