Went threw the drive thru, ordered a dark roast and bagel. They said there would be a 3-5 minute wait for dark roast and told me to park in front of the store. Was waiting outside 15 minutes and went Inside and they clearly forgot about me completely. Had to go threw the orders on the screen to see what my order was… pretty ridiculous you forget about bringing someone out there order.
Their coffee is getting more bitter and tastes less fresh. I also tried out the rice bowl for the first and last time. Tiny portion, cold with soggy chicken, I only ate half and developed terrible heartburn. The donuts have been terrible for long time but at least I could expect a fresh cuppa on my way to work. Not any more. I'll have to try out the locals shops and pay a bit more for a fresh cup.

They messed up the order and then refused to fix it. The lady taking the order was being snarky and asked if it was a ham and cheddar melt, then gave me a sandwich, so I went to get it fixed and they said no. They said I told them it was a sandwich and made me pay to get the thing I wanted and wouldn’t take back the sandwich or anything. I ended up wasting money and food because of it and they were just being rude and ridiculous.
