The lady at the desk was not cooperative and friendly at all. The order was wrong. I asked for no bacon, and there was bacon in the Farmers rap. When I asked them to change it she wanted me to charge again.

Usually stop here on my way to the office and get kind a prompt service. Unfortunately today the girl was not on her A game and forgot my doughnut and got my coffee order incorrect. Not a crazy huge deal but with the price of food today I was a bit disappointed.

Stopped at lots of Timmies with our hockey team. To simplify and speed up we always pay one bill. This location was terrible. Took over 45 minutes for our food to come out and several mistakes made. No apologies from staff for ridiculous time and wrong items.

I stop by here before work every morning for the past year. It’s the only Tim Hortons that is consistent enough to stir my coffee. Staff are always kind.If you’re receiving anything other then kindness, it’s likely your fault IMO. ??‍♀️

Worst Tim Hortons I've been to in awhile. Stand there waiting at the counter for 5 minutes while I can hear people joking and laughing in the back. Pay for my coffee and then wait another 5 minutes while all three staff prioritize the drive through.

Before leaving Kamloops, we headed to Tim Horton’s (it has to be done at least once by a visiting Brit, just to say you did). Not much to say really. The food was served hot, service was great and as it was early ish in the morning, the restaurant was fairly quiet. But it did the job and set us up for the morning’s drive to Lillooet. As a couple, we each had a simple breakfast of an English muffin with bacon, egg and cheese with a hash brown each, one had coffee, the other tea – total cost $14.75, £9.

Stopped at this location for a tasty Ice Coffee as we were travel up from the coast. Friendly & efficient staff, however this facility will need some renos in the future, as it's showing its age!!

Dear Tim Hortons,I am writing to you today as a concerned customer who values sustainability and the environment. While I appreciate the products and services provided by Tim Hortons, I believe there is more that can be done to promote sustainable practices within your organization. One suggestion I have is to consider turning off lights and appliances that are not in use, especially in areas that are not frequently used. This simple change can help to reduce energy waste and lower your utility bills. Additionally, I would encourage Tim Hortons to explore ways to reduce plastic packaging and promote more sustainable alternatives, such as bamboo-based products. Bamboo is a highly sustainable material that can be used in a variety of products, and its growth helps to offset carbon emissions.Furthermore, I would like to see Tim Hortons take a more active role in promoting reforestation and the planting of trees to help offset the impact of climate change. This can be done through partnerships with organizations that promote sustainable forestry practices or by implementing tree-planting initiatives within your own organization.I understand that these changes may require some initial investment, but I believe that the long-term benefits of adopting sustainable practices far outweigh the costs. As a customer who values sustainability, I would be more inclined to support Tim Hortons if it took a leading role in promoting sustainable practices within the industry.Thank you for your consideration, and I hope that you will take these suggestions into account. I look forward to the opportunity to continue shopping at Tim Hortons and supporting your commitment to sustainability.Sincerely,GabrielUpdate from owner reply: That link doesn't work and I don't want to call. So I don’t usually leave reviews BUT! This Tim Hortons location was very fast and friendly on my morning visit from the hotel across the way. The employee took my order, took my payment and I BLINKED and the coffee was done.
