Staff at Tim hortons is quite rude and unfriendly. Whenever someone tries to ask their doubts about menu, they arrogantly reply back and dont help. I have visited multiple times and I have been greeted very badly.A simple smile and warm gesture is called good customer service. They might need training on how not to make frown faces. Be wiseful how you guys act. Pathetic behavior.Except the old lady with genuine smile is the best. ❤️

literally the worst tim hortons and worst customer service EVER! I ordered a combo from the touch screen and was charged for it but when I received my order they claimed I didn’t order a side when I was clearly charged for it. The machine doesn’t print a receipt so I am left SCAMMED because I paid for food that the employees insisted I didn’t order… like are you dumb? thanks for stealing my money, you guys suck

Went up to counter. No acknowledgement. Stood there for 2 minutes. Notice a customer walk in and go to another counter and was served. Guess I was at the wrong counter. No one was at the other till when I walked in. Regular Tim’s customer with app and all. I just walked out and went down the street to Starbucks. Service was excellent there.
