Unfortunately we waited at least 15 minutes for service , which didn’t arrive . During that time noticed the floor was filthy and one of the servers body odor was very unpleasant we could smell her 5 tables away Have been eating there for years and in the service industry as manager. I don’t mean any disrespect however management needs to have a difficult conversation regarding body odor with staff, not to mention having them actually wait on the tables. We left!!

Had our family dinner tonight at the north shore white spot at 6 pm Dec 3 was the worst waitress we have ever had the place was empty too , while we were eating she asked if we wanted dessert ? she wasn’t polite she seemed like she didn’t want to wait on us and we were the only customers there lol ? first time with a horrible waitress thinking hard about somewhere else to go, with the prices of eating out it makes it worth the money If the service is good

I ordered take out, at pick up there was a few little annoying things but nothing to speak of. That is until I got home and realized that we were missing part of our order. Not a huge deal I can live without fries. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. She was pleasant noticed the part of my order sitting there and immediately asked if I wanted to come get it or not. I opted out of getting back in the car and just wanted to clear up the product I paid for but did not receive. I'm not a Karen people make mistakes I just didn't want to be out money. She collected my contact information and within days I recieved a gift card . Great job , you guys went above and beyond to ensure we would order again. Thank you for making the OK experience, a positive one. Ps food was consistently good , who doesn't love club house from the spot.

Three of us went to North Shore white spot and I ordered 1/2 rack of ribs, which on menu comes with fries and coleslaw. Waitress said you can pick a side as well. Settled on Caesar salad. Ribs arrived with Caesar salad. No fries or coleslaw. Waitress said that's all I ordered. Told her what the menu was and told her I wanted what menu said. She brought just chips which I would never offer anyone. Where was Manager?

Received the completely wrong order. Called and they already knew, said they were replacing it right away, would be 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I call and they said they wouldn't be doing anything to fix it, had to go through skip. Zero sympathy or responsibility from management. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Will not patronize here again after many years.

I was there this week. I want to say waitress was polite and respectful.I ordered pancakes and ended up getting a waffle not what I wanted but sure I ate it so it wouldn’t go to the garbage no big deal. The problem is that the waffle had really no taste and the blueberry syrup that had on top with some blueberries was cold! Almost ice cold on the center! Sort of a rookie mistake for a restaurant . Not a good breakfast at all.

Surprised by their lack of care for gluten free fries considering every other location we have been to other than this one either has a second fryer or will bake them. Not sure how this isn’t a company policy as it’s been something we’ve been offered for almost 10 years at other locations.I’m sure the wait staff are great but whom ever makes the decisions for being inclusive for food offerings for disabilities needs to give this more thought.

Worst service ever constantly asked if I need a machine to pay for my order before I’m even done eating, on top of that you can here the training manager talk down to the employees over the whole restaurant so unprofessional!!!

Extremely poor customer service. Waitress got our order incorrect, and another waitress brought the rest of the order which arrived as sandwich was already finished. Original waitress never came back to the table at all during the meal to check in if the food was correct, or inquire if meal was ok, or if we needed more water - nothing until it was time for the bill. Can understand if very busy but lunch rush was over. My father and I decided not to tip, and the waitress says "your welcome" in a very unprofessional manner and rude tone (young, dark hair and glasses). I phoned the manager to express concern for employee conduct and I asked for a call back after follow up with the employee so that I could understand the employee conduct or if I misunderstood something. After weeks waiting, no call back from the supervisor. If a supervisor models unprofessional behaviour, it is no wonder the employee treats customers that way. Very very unfortunate that for all the years we have eaten at White spot we were treated poorly. I would think White Spot would be quite concerned about the conduct of it's employees and how this reflects on a longtime establishment that has worked very hard to earn a great reputation.
