Messed up the whole order, asked for no cheese on one and it came with cheese, asked for no mustard on two burgers an came with mustard, was all made fresh but was still cold and soggy, fries where awful no flavour what so ever, even the orange juice tasted like chemical cleanerPuked 10 minutes after eating

The manager there is not very friendly. I bought a spicy pickle mama at the drive through. When I got home it was only a bun and meet no pickles nothing else at all. I called and they took my name put it in the book said I'd get a free one. Then next day I went and was aused of trying to steal from them and treated very poorly. Shame on Westbank A&W

Great place if you like standing at the counter looking at your food, waiting for someone to have it to you. Even after I asked the girl who took my order, she said the other girl would do it. Then I preceded to wait longer, staring at my God, getting colder.....

Tried here again after having a bad experience a few months back on incorrect order, only ordered a couple of burgers and it was printed correctly on receipt but incorrect in bag. Not sure what's going wrong here but 2 for 2 on wrong super small/easy orders :(
