Few days ago, had my interview with the manager and area sup for the team lead pos. Questions are just normal and basic, thy commented thy like my cridentials. Funy tht thy try to bargain downgrading the pos to cook, thn i said no. Manager said okay will push thru ur application sounds like your good. Supervisor also say yes wel talk more about this so keep in touch. After 2 days, got a txt msg frm the sup sayin sorry will not going to push ur application. She didnt even give me a reason. Be fair.Only reason i can thnk of;1. In se cure - both of the manager and sup speak english during the interview, but not as good as i do. ( 3 of us all asian)2. Fe ar - Sup is worried that i might replace her on the job. Knowing that i have office exprience 9yrs, plus culinary mangment deploma and 3 yrs of cooking exprnce resto and fastfood.3. Or they are just too smart

We usually go to Sushi Q but they were closed so ordered from here. Picked up our food then when we opened at home they had crammed everything in to one container. A couple of the rolls we’re indistinguishable. Must not be a real sushi chef. Food was fresh but what can I say. We eat a lot of sushi at different places but this will not be one we return to.

Picked up order for takeout. Excellent meal and hot food still hot when got it home. Favorite Japanese restaurant. Great friendly staff.??

I went for lunch and got the sushi and sashimi lunchbox. The fish was off! At first I thought it was just the tuna, but the salmon was also very ‘fishy’ as well as a white fish. I obviously didn’t eat anymore after this discovery. I mentioned it to the server and she came back to tell me they could offer me more food. Ummm no thanks! I wasn’t looking for a handout, but I clearly did not eat half the meal and the solution was to give me more bad fish. I’m really hoping I don’t get sick, but regardless I definitely won’t be back!

Great little place in West Kelowna. Service was great. Had the sashimi and sushi dinner box with a good miso soup. Very delicious and nice variety. Also had the green tea. Can’t believe I waited. Two years to return to this place as it is just down the street.
