Kieran was awesome at taking my call and taking my order. She showed true passion and entertainment when she serves a customer in need. She was kind enough to serve me a water while I waited for my food.

Poor experience overall. The food ok I guess. The inside is what you'd expect. But the reason why I have the one star is due to the service. I took my mom here the other week and had to change sections from the bar to the restaurant because she is hard of hearing and some gentlemen were being loud at the bar. But no worries, it's a bar and can be expected. After moving to the other side to the restaurant my mom and I ate our food and my wonderful mom decided she wanted to pay and wouldn't take no for an answer. When our server gave the bill suddenly she wanted to talk to us when earlier she clearly didn't care we were there. As my mom got to the tipping part of paying the server started to lean over my mom and stare at the payment device. I didn't want to make an issue at the time but I could tell my mom felt uncomfortable and probably gave more then the service deserved due to it.Normally on my own or friends I would've told the server to back up a step but since I was with my mom I didn't want to have any issues. But never again will I or family member go back. It felt so gross to see a server act like that when it comes to tipping which should be bad on service and not automatic.

I was not happy with the Super Bowl party experience to please nicely know at the Dilworth Kelowna location tonight. I could have chosen a few other places. But I paid to be there and paid long in advance and was one of the earliest arrivals.Not much was said about anything! I had to ask at game start and I was in there an hr and a half to game start even. Arrived at 2 pm.I decided to not do the squares as I only found out right before game start and had no idea on the 50/50.The beer prices were very high and in smaller red cups. So this was such a money grab to max.The prizes were more KC based than anything else and I am not a Chiefs fan for many reasons so I was glad to not have won anything.They really over served a few ppl and especially this one guy wearing a Blue Jays hat as he was so hammered!It did not look like the 50/50 pot was going in full to the winner and no charity was mentioned! Many are oblivious but not me. Many played but not much cash given.Can you answer any of this please? Was not pleased.Service was just ok and I still tipped lots and at end a mic would have been good so there wasn't ppl telling others to shut up etc! Just not organized much! Was Mickey Mouse level to know. I will have to review as such.All I got below as a response was: will be better next! Not even to conclude the sentence by saying next time...zero effort, zero care!

Came to this location with our hockey team. Each kid was given a free meal ticket at a tournament to be used at this location. When we arrived parents were instructed that each child will get a free meal and we’ll order under our kids hockey number. So we all ordered. Half way through our meal the “big boss” came to our table with a grin saying that only 1 ticket can be used per table. Kids sat at 1 table (2 4 tops pushed together), and parents sat at another. Apparently that constitutes 2 tables with 10 separate bills.We had unfortunately cancelled resos at different restaurant to go to this Boston Pizza. It’s not about the free $10 meal, it is the principle.Not to mention one of our guests was served raw meatballs-not just undercooked, but raw.So, Cam if you’re reading this, that was a slimy move. I can tell you with 100% certainty that this will be the last time I step foot in a Boston Pizza (food was mediocre at best), and never will we suggest a team dinner at any of your locations. We will be sure to warn the other teams in this tournament. Judging by the reactions of his staff, this type of thing happens often.Our server was great though, in no way does this review reflect his service.

I called in this restaurant to make reservation for my family for a very special event and i asked them if they were available for this time They said yes . On the day of reservation 8 of my family members arrived at the location, i told the girl at the front desk that we have a reservation, she replied we r closed . I informed her that i made a reservation and u guys confirmed it. For one second i thought i might have booked a wrong location . So i called the another location they also said no . Then i pulled my call history and got to know that i was right about the location. My family and i had the worst experience with this location and we all were very disappointed on that special day that we all were excited about. We all left without food.Just a message for management please make sure not to take reservation if u cannot serve because your negligence can spoil someone’s special day.
