Bought a loaf of cinnamon bread and couldn’t believe how hard the crust was. Cobbs quality has really gone down hill but not their prices. Had one piece and threw the loaf in the garbage.

This was my first time at COBS. I went to the bakery on Spall Road.I've never been more impressed with the service and knowledge I was shown when I was there!I'll definitely go back to the store for the service the friendliness and the knowledge. I would recommend it to all I know.Thank you so much.

I purchased 2 sea salt cranberry baguettes which I had previously purchased several times at the Louie Drive location in West Kelowna. The young woman brought them from the back and in a bag. When I got home and pulled them out of the bag they were both burnt and hard as a rock...clearly a reason to keep them in the back and put in a bag before I saw them....very disappointed.

Cobs stamped card, gone and now the only way to get rewards is online. No ty.Also, chiorzo pizzas and others are way smaller but price is still the same or higher.

Love Cobs in general but especially this location! The staff is SO nice and helpful. Keagan is our favorite. We always leave with smiles on our faces and delicious baked goods (and cape seed!) In tow.The price is great for value! It's good quality which is reflected in the price but still very affordable.

The pumpkin scone was kinda dry and lacking al ot of pumpkin flavor. Pretty pricey at $3 plus for a small size..lots of selection. No gluten free options. The pizza with spinach and mushroom was tasty but for $6.65 and no meat!! And they don't have a microwave or anything to warm it up. So you're eating it at room temperature. No place to sit.
Delicious bread but how can young families even afford to enjoy your bread when your prices only cater the middle/upper class of Kelowna. Not to mention false price advertisement in front of your products, today I had a last straw of life moment when a lady at your till rudely was stern with me when I was merely trying to help your store not false advertise a product by nicely passing the product sign to your employee. The situation was there was a sign for 12 traditional dinner rolls costing $6, so I grab a package of those. At the till the employee tells me they are $9 and told me they did not make any of the $6 rolls today. So I asked why the sign was in front of the other dinner rolls. Then proceeded to call her out for the false price advertisement of the product. $3 may seem small to a large corporate company but for dinner rolls for a young family that makes a difference. Your prices are becoming unjustifiable. I know your comeback would be well just shop somewhere else and don’t worry that is what I will be doing but I thought you should know you have a large market in Kelowna you’re pushing out. Your employee will probably be taking smack about me today but truthfully she just caught me at a moment where I am so done with how our food prices continue to go up and corporations like yours don’t put more pressure on the supply chain to stop it. If your business does actually have an action plan against raising food prices then by all means please do share it and stand me corrected.

Went in to get bread. Keagan helped me and was phenomenal. Keagan had recommendations that were all delicious and just had such a pleasant demeanor that I left with a huge smile on my face.
