Cupcakes were very dry and so was the server but they both weren’t terrible. Guess I’ll just continue my journey of finding the best cupcakes in Kelowna! ?

Genuinely Horrible staff. Always so rude. I also asked about the service of coming in and decorating cupcakes but they said they don’t do that anymore, when it’s literally the first thing it says on the website.

We had a fantastic experience with Cupcasions. Their staff gave us the best advice on what to order for our wedding, and suggested ways we could save by ordering our own cake topper and cupcake wrappers separately. Everybody loved the flavours of cupcakes and cakes, which were delivered promptly, and beautifully arranged by Cupcasions at the location of our wedding lunch reception. We would definitely order from them again! Thank you, Cupcasions for making our wedding reception extra special!

One star since can’t do no star! I needed a large order of 60 mini cupcakes for the end of the next day. The serving staff explained the rules to order but in a rude manner without any explanation. I had to ask to get info. I was advised I was too late to pre order (ok I get that). I was told to come at 8 am next day and wait in line to buy from their stock. The bigger problem was the maximum I could purchase was 54. I wanted 60. NO OFFER AS TO HELP ME ARRIVE AT 60! Apparently the allowable amount matters more than the request from the paying customer! Sale was lost over 6 mini cupcakes!! All this info delivered incredibly rudely from a staff who had zero connection with the people standing in the store to buy. The baking looked good but I will not go back or recommend. I don’t want to support businesses that are not interested in even trying to meet my needs as a customer. Try Flour and Cake, around the corner with lovely staff that were willing to help me with my order AND with a smile! Sorry Cupcasion but you lost me and anyone who asks me ……

My 10 year old daughter was refused service here today because she wanted 6 vanilla and 6 chocolate party time cupcakes. they refused to sell her more than 2 of each flavor. absolutely disgraceful and disgusting customer service and rule for sales. what happened to just having a goal of having customers and selling out? Definitely won't be back until this horrendous rule changes.

We stopped in to find Waldo and decided to try some of their cupcakes and OMG YUM! I am also a baker and I have to say these were amazing and we will definitely be back again!

I’m sad to say the vegan cupcakes were just ok :( They seemed quite freshly made, but fell apart in our hands and the taste was a bit bland. Hopeful that they keep trying with plant based cupcakes and they get better with time.
