If I could give them zero stars I would. Went in to grab an ice cream cake, which were all locked up and blocked off. Ended up standing at the counter for a long time being ignored as 5-6 employees looked like they were walking around pretending to be busy. When I finally got service the young girl who helped me was very rude, I should have just walked out and went some where else (but after a long day at work I didn’t have the energy to go somewhere else). After leaving and taking a closer look at the cake when I got home it looked like it had been sitting out and then put back into the freezer after melting a bit. Overall will never go back to this location, not only were the employees bad at their jobs and had no customer service skills, the quality of the cake I got was not worth what I paid for it. Do better management. Thanks for ruining my birthday ?.

The bun on my burger was outrageously stale. it was rock hard! I don't know why anyone would have thought it would be appropriate to make and serve a burger with a bun like that. The worker would have definitely noticed. who ever runs this place needs to talk to your workers about not severing food that has gone bad. This is a sign that other things are being served later then they should be.

The kids that run this place at night deserve some mad kudos and recognition. I’m always treated with kindness and never have to wait very long, and even if there’s a wait it’s worth it because the girls in the window are so sweet and my order is correct pretty much every time. They totally nail my annoying blizzard order and put a lid on it too (I know adding extra peanut butter sauce can make a bit of a mess) and I’m so grateful for that! Thank you for being awesome guys, your hard work is appreciated!

I typically get a burger from DQ but lately the service has dropped. Even when ordering through the app, the service inside seems to be confused the last few times I've tried to order. Sat in the drive through for 10min before leaving after no one coming to the mic.
I wanted the old style melted orange cheese and bacon bits fries they used to have. They made me this super tasty Fries with Queso Cheese and Bacon Bites... love the accommodation and creating me something close to what I wanted. Sad they were out of the mix for a Turtles Blizzard. I tried a new treat of Skor Brownie Caramel Cupfection...a good treat. Yes...this was all my breakfast today!

Was kind of ackward trying to figure out which door to enter,two of three were locked yet other than that the inside was very clean except cooler doors where cakes etc were kept for the general public ( might wanna windex them! ) counters,booths,floors were very clean and staff were excellent.
